Verandah House Country Estate is just beautiful! A lovely way to start the year off relaxing around this gorgeous property. The views, the luxurious suites and the hospitality of Laurence, Judy and Sacha is wonderful. No car or plane noise, lots of fresh air and sunshine and the delicious breakfast delivered to your room each day and the cheese and lunch boxes were scrumptious and so nice to sit by the pool and enjoy! Our couples massages just topped off a wonderful stay!

A truly spectacular location and absolutely excellent accommodation. We really appreciated all the personal attention to detail that made our stay very comofortable and welcoming, thanks Vanessa . Enjoyed an amazing spa treatment and a huge thanks to Hannah for the best massage ever!! We cannot wait for our next weekend away.

We'd intended staying on the Gold Coast but the mixed reviews of hotels triggered a re-think. We'd never been to Tamborine Mountain but when we read the reviews for VH Country Estate, we questioned ourselves to whether time in the general area actually meant being down in the 'Surfers' area. We're sure glad we kept an open mind and trusted the reviews - there was no reason to question the decision and despite the mid-August weather being mixed, it guaranteed that we relax...and that we'll return. This property and the hands-on owners deserve the accolades and ratings they get.

We had the most relaxing and beautiful time. I think the view is the most stunning I have ever seen. Judy and Lawrence are so lovely and accomodating and we had a beautiful treatment in the Spa with Hannah. We can't wait to go back again in a few months.

Absolutely loved our romantic weekend away staying at the beautiful Verandah House Country Estate. Judy and Laurie the owners and their staff made us feel very welcome. Our terrace accomodation was beautifully designed and very comfortable. There is a lovely log fire which we used each evening and were even allowed to use their scented candles. Breakfast is beautifully put together in a takeaway box and there is plenty of good quality food to eat. We explored the grounds of the estate, and there are numerous places to sit and take in the spectacular view overlooking Mount Warning and surrounds. If you remember to bring your swimmers ( we didn’t) there’s an outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. Although we didn’t try it, there is a day spa onsite. Additionally, the owners have built a beautiful barn on the property, and is very tastefully decorated. Thank you Judy & Laurie for a wonderful couple of nights away, we will definitely return

Wow what an amazing visit. Arrived here off a 24hr transit from UK. We needed a rest and recovery. Judy and Lawrence gave us a great welcome. Rooms are stylish, clean and comfortable. The ambiance is great and views stunning. We also used the spa for massage and facial - excellent. There is only breakfast provided and no restaurant on site. However, lots of options within 10mins drive. Also they have a pantry with a grill, fridge/freezer so you can d-i-y meals. There is also the barn for home dining, great location and facilities to bring in a takeaway etc. You can also sit by the firepit and eat, with views down to the Gold Coast. We liked it so much that we extended our initial stay and rearranged our schedule to come back next month.
