Novostar Nahrawess Hotel & Thalasso Resort

I booked the hotel in Aug 24 for a weekend to enjoy the beach. I booked a triple room with my daughter and wife and a double room for my in-law parents. Unfortunately, we got our room at 3pm despite check-in is 2pm. The triple room is in fact a room with 2 beds where they add a third bed despite the small size of the room. Despite my 10 or 11 times sns scandals in the reception and escalation with the hotel manager they provided a broken bed at 9pm At the end, I pit the mattress on the floor as they could neither provide a bed or a different room. The room service is terrible as they ignore your requests no matter how many times you remind them or escalate them. Food is really below average gor the price. The management is inefficient and not able to solve a y issues. The only reason I did not cancel the stay is because I have no further option with my work trips. I would not recommend this hotel until it is fixed ans become up to the 4 star hotel rating as for now it is 1 star max.

First we arrived to the hotel on time they took passports and we kept waiting for 20 min as we mad reservation through *********** we told them it says check in at 12:00 on the email they said that its wrong check in is at 14:00 but we will check you in early but give us some time which am sure its just made up after getting to the room after 40 minutes of waiting tlits not as expected they said we gaive you nice room which is not shower broken tv broken after calling them to fix it i asked about the coffee and tea set in the room which 99.9% of hotels have it they said try with housekeeping saw one of the staff she said ill get you that but at night when we got to the room saw her again she said we dont have enough as its in few rooms may be tomorrow and the hotel is full which is not true alot of rooms vacant and i did not see that much people customer service is so bad staff some of them are nice but the majority is rude you dont feel welcomed there talking to each other using bad words with no respect to customers and shouting on each other. Second is the food room service is so slow we asked for plate of fruits not big deal it did not come after one hour called and canceled after several trials with no answer then they came after 2 hours while we are sleeping and called the room we just ignored We did not eat at the hotel at all as the restaurants are closed or kitchen closed we ate at the bøbar at the beach nice one as it does not belong to the hotel and nice food as you see in the photo . The towels you need to need to know some one or pay some one as they dont give you have to ask for it for the salty swimming pool i dont know how or by any form they got the 5⭐️ Stars as compared to the other 5⭐️ Stars i go around the world they are not even one any thing you can close one eye but customer service its most important in any hotels or in the whole industry hope you see this before you fall in the trap happy days .

Rapport qualité/ prix correct, un 4 étoiles avec des chambres propres, accès privé à la plage à 8 min à pieds, on a séjourné 10 jours en famille en All in soft, c’était une expérience agréable. Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique et très réactif aux réclamations. La cuisine était diversifiée, il y a du choix pour les petits et les grands. On s’attendait à des activités pour les petits, dommage y avait rien. Le directeur lui même est si gentil et sympathique. L’ambiance est conviviale plutôt pour des familles que des couples. Tous les services sont disponibles à des prox raisonnables. Points d’amélioration: entretien de la climatisation, snack pour all in que des tranches pizzas et crêpes, mieux diversifier le menu. Mini disco et toboggans pour les petits sont souhaitables. Je donne 4/5 et je recommande.

نزل رديءءءءء جدا لا يوجد مكيفاق في المطعم يوجد مصعد فقط في كامل الفندق معاملة سيءة جدا ليسو محترمين الوسخ يعم المكان لا يجد اطبقة في المطعم لا يوجد مناشف في الغرف المسبح متسخ الصغار يعمون بالاحذية وسط المسبح. لا يوجد اي وسيلة للترفيه لا يوجد منشطين محترفين. الوسخ يعم المكان انه نزل مقزز 🤮

J’ai séjourné à l’hôtel Nahrawess pour 4 nuits et voici mon retour : Chambre : Très propre et correcte, avec une nette amélioration par rapport aux précédents séjours. Confort et propreté au rendez-vous Service : Le service était super, Le personnel est accueillant et toujours à l’écoute, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable Petit-déjeuner : J’ai pris un logement avec petit-déjeuner inclus. C’était basique, avec peu de choix. Une amélioration dans la diversité des options serait appréciée. Globalement une très belle expérience
