Tui Blue Palm Beach Hammamet

Mon mari et moi avons passé une magnifique semaine à l’hôtel Palm Beach Club. Le personnel est super gentil et serviable . Les chambres sont propres et nous avons bien mangé . Je le recommande

We had a wonderful holiday at TUI BLUE Palm Beach, Hammamet. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms are spacious and clean. Common areas are maintained. The staff was very polite. Always smiling and kind, they greet you. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the towels were changed. The team organized various activities during the day (water polo, darts, yoga, etc.) and tried to keep the guests in a good mood. The food was very tasty and the desserts were amazing. Personally, the omelette and pancakes were 10/10 for me. There are enough sunbeds around the pool as well as on the beach. And last but not least, there was a cat in the hotel, whose name I don't know, but he was very cuddly. I recommend!

Great hotel, the gardens and the pool, little private beach, lovely staff, everything was done to make our stay special. A special thank you to Sarah and Maha at the reception desk for their kindness and patience, always free to help.. and for Ahmed at the restaurant, always smiling and making us feel welcome.. Lovely spacious and newly decorated rooms over looking the sea .. very clean, comfortable beds. Shower room, spacious. Very good food, fresh and varied.. Great evening entertainment.. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday Would highly recommend..

Been here 10 days have 1 day left and will be sad to leave have had a fabulous time and made all the better by the animation team Dyno and Nino just to name a few always ready with games or just to chat the waiters all make the effort in restaurant and every one of the staff are a credit to this hotel only downside is the flies which of course hotel can’t help its nature have met some lovely people and would not hesitate to come back

Recently back from a 4 night stay at the hotel. Had a lovely break and would def recommend it and would return! Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and we were able to get our room a little earlier than we expected. They also arranged a courtesy room on the day of our departure so that we could have a shower as our pick up time was a few hours after normal check out at midday. Rooms were comfy and cleaned every day and the bed mattress was probably one of the best I’ve slept on away from home in quite a long time! Animation team were really friendly and engaging without being too in your face if you didn’t want to join in the various activities. Didn’t do any of the classes apart from the aqua aerobics which was highly entertaining due to the hilarious instructors even if you weren’t participating The pool area was clean. The access to the pool wasn’t the easiest with a couple of minor mobility issues but this was raised with the mgt and they are looking to resolve this. Plenty of sun beds and there was no panic about having to get up at silly o clock to put towels out. Outside patios and toilets look a bit worn and/or rushed with the finish and at times were a bit grubby on the floors but nothing major. Bar and restaurant were great. At times there was a bit of wait for drinks but nothing worse than in the UK and staff were helpful and friendly. The food was good (pretty standard all inclusive buffet) and one night they cooked me some plain chicken as I was struggling to find something without spice which they were happy to do. The communal areas both inside and outside the hotels could do with some attention and updating especially the outdoor toilets but this did not have a negative impact on our stay.

A lovely relaxing week , perfect weather, hot in the day , warm at night . Food lovely , so much choice and very clean . Rooms very comfortable and air con great . A staff very helpful and friendly, special thank you to Dino for making us so welcome . Would definitely return . Rob Chesterfield

I enjoyed my stay at Tui Blue P/B every area of the resort is easy accessible, I admire the effort all staff put in to make sure every individual enjoys and gets involved with activities through out the day. My only issue was the restaurant timing I would prefer it to be 6pm rather than 7.pm . Some days I had to miss dinner it being quite late . But overall everything was perfect I will visit again. Great hotel, staff warm and friendly all reps keep everyone entertained to the highest standards plenty of activities all day Food is amazing and varies daily would definitely return again thankyou every one for a most enjoyable holiday.

Very good hotel stuff very nice and entertainment team brilliant can’t do enough for you excellent foods very clean hotel this hotel should be 5 starts not 4 Sonia lovely lady will help do anything any problems she will sort it out for you can’t wait to come back next year
