I booked 3 nights in this hotel (two separate bookings). The first night we were told (a few hours before) that there was a problem with the hotel and that they booked us in a hotel nearby at the same price. When we came back two days later to stay for the other two nights, nobody was there, everything was dark, they just sent a message to our driver about where we could find the key. We had to use our telephone light to go up to the room, no explanation about the air condition (we had difficulties in making it work), no water, no wi-fi instructions, nothing at all, nobody showed up. I was also told that breakfast was only from 10 am to 17 pm (???) and no exception (in all other places in Georgia they were kind enough to prepare us something for 8 am). At nearly 11 p.m. by message, I was told that we could have breakfast at 8 a.m. in the hotel nearby but it had to be arranged in advance. Nobody cleaned the room, nobody checked if there was enough soap or toilet paper (which we had to buy as there was not enough. The room looks big but in fact, they are small as half of it cannot be used due to the very low ceiling.

Das Hotel besteht aus zwei nebeneinander liegenden Zimmern, welche sich einen Balkon teilen. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine hübsche Aussicht. Allerdings sind die Zimmer leider derart hellhörig, dass man sowohl von draußen als auch vom Zimmer nebenan jedes Geräusch hört. In unserem Fall haben uns die Aktivitäten unseren Zimmernnachbarn leider die halbe Nacht wach gehalten...
