Tropicana Boutique Hotel recensioner

Hotel is on the 2nd floor. Reception is on the 2nd floor. Staff at the front desk was nice and polite. The person replying to WhatsApp should not be in customer service. Room of the hotel is really small. We don’t even have space to pull out a chair. I would suggest to remove the chair altogether. There were parking lots around the hotel but you’d have to pay for parking using an app. The front desk will teach you what to do. Location of the hotel was good. Quite a lot of shops including Chagee, Starbucks, Mr DIY and many food establishments in walking distance.

It's a cheap old and functioning hotel. But I think replacing a new chair won't Cost much. The chair in the hotel room is very dirty and sinking.

There is no lift going up to the hotel lobby and rooms. So not suitable for those who are unable to walk up stairs and carrying big luggage. Also there is no allocated car parks, guest has to compete for public car park which could ended far away from the hotel as many cars are using the public ones. Restroom layout is not ideal without shower compartment.

The hotel locatin is good But i feel cheated by the room booking as i was promise with city view but what i git is alley view .. huhu

Internet connection speed unstable since very long time already, no improvement

Strategic location, easy to find food, nice place to stay, but not for OKU because need to climb stairs to get to receptions and rooms. But overall its nice place to stay.

1. Price ok and value for money 2. Bed comfortable and they gave 2 pillow a person 3. Toilet floor not so clean 4. Lobby not at ground level, need to climb with my luggage 😭

Strategic and perfect location surrounded by required outlets like Watson, Kopitiam , Starbucks, MyKori and many more. Good choice

Got mosquitoes inside the room and the toilet quite smelly. But overall is still ok with the ideal location.

Stay for Eid season. The price quite affordable. location very strategic. the staff very friendly. however the facilities were worn out. hose in the toilet is broken. the toilet floor were uneven. the bed and sink edges were sharp. the size of the room is very small however i dont mind it. only use the room to sleep. ohh lastly not very muslim friendly, got no kiblat arrow, no islamic chanel, no praying mat. Thats all. thank you

Near Muar city. A lot of restaurant, selling local foods at affordable price. Parking available.

Very polite Malay young man receptionist. Comfortable room for 2.... Only the ceiling; I think above our room is a bathroom so there's a sign of leakage there. Got a small fridge in the room but mirror is only in the bathroom. No refreshment provided but there's an electric jug to boil water n luckily I brought some. The rest I think ok
