They celebrate my kids birthday in a nice way

Excellent service all around!! All the staff extremely welcoming, room nice and clean. Excellent room service and  vellet parking was very useful.

الخدمة جدًا بطيئة ولا يردون على الاتصال بسهولة (ممكن جينا في موسم مزدحم) لكن هذا لا يبرر التأخير وعدم الرد على الاتصال من الغرفة الطعام داخل الغرفة لا يرقى بأي حال من الأحوال لمستوى خمس نجوم الغرفة شرحة ولكن ليست مميزة (حجزنا أقل فئة) طلبنا منهم يعملون لنا بيرثداي واستجابوا لطلبنا مشكورين الفندق موقعه ممتاز داخل مراسي جاليريا

Hotel are neat and clean with a nice smell. Room are relaxing and spacious.. pool and beach are easy to find and relaxing.. food are good.. kids enjoyed especially in the kids lub.. thanks to melfie,jenter and Jenny.. for accommodating the kids, they'd enjoyed playing and doing crafts.

We came to this beautiful hotel 12th -20th October as a birthday treat. The room was lovely and spacious. Very clean and had everything we needed in it. All the staff were great, polite and friendly. After unpacking and a freshen up we headed down to get our bearings. We went to the outside bar and met Abhilash. Through the holiday he always had a smile and a little time for a chat, and answers for the questions we asked, great man 🙂 All the bar staff are very efficient and attentive (Oshan, Matheesha) We were all inclusive and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. Lots to choose from, something for even the pickiest of eaters. All staff in restaurant were great. (Thank you Phila, May, Julie) The pool is lovely, plenty of sunbeds and shade if needed and a pool bar. The beach is fab, very clean, comfortable sunbeds (towels provided) and I loved that the beach staff came around every so often offering pieces of melon, a small sandwich, cake and water. A big thank you to Nelson for helping my husband when he cut his big toe, very professional and asked for updates on said toe when seen again 😁 A BIG thank you to David, really nice getting to know you a little bit and you us and for calling Nelson over to sort out Tony’s toe 😅 Stanley and the other beach staff are amazing 🤩 Thank you all for saying goodbye on our last day. There is also a connecting Mall which is a definite bonus. Lots of shops you wouldn’t see at home 😉 All in all it was a brilliant holiday, a wonderful hotel and the people we met were lovely 😊

5 stars family hotel with wonderful beach, 8 days family vacation. 5 stars Check In by the hotel Address, Yousef and his supervisor how came specifically for welcoming us, upgraded our Deluxe Sea View Suite to a greater Sea Panorama View Suite, amazing, thank you. The breakfast and lunch, everything was great, tasty variety food, with the friendly helpful staff. At the pool and beach area, relaxing sensation mix of pool/sea/sand, chilling , you will meet great helpfully staff and Damian,…. thank you Damian for everything and you hospitality! The hotel has a direct connection with the Marassi Galleria Mall, restaurants and shopping.

Hotel is nice, easy access to poo beach and mall.. rooms are neat and clean.. kids enjoyed staying on the pool especially in the kids club thanks to jenter, jenny and melfie
