Last October, I had the pleasure of styaing at Lo Mustang Himalayan Resort for a night with a group of travellers from Spain. Our Nepali partner selected the resort and I could not thank him enough for his decision! Located in the village of Muktinath at 3700m of altitude, the hotel offers stunning views of the Mustang valley and some of the highest mountains around, such as Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak, Nilgiri North, Tilicho Peak and Yakawa Kang. It is a remote paradise surrounded by beauty, peace, and silence. The whole hotel combines traditional charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spacious, warm, cosy, and clean. The food was delicious and for all kind of dietary needs. The hospitality and service is exceptional, perfectly managed by Pawan. The whole team was very professional and genuinely caring. We felt very welcome and well looked after. I strongly recommend this resort to all kind of travellers. I will certainly return on my next journey to the region!

Highly recommend Lo Mustang Himalayan Resort in Muktinath. The rooms are spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and having a heater in each room makes all the difference after a long, cold day. The staff are incredibly welcoming, genuinely helpful, and they know the area inside out – from hidden spots to must-see places. The food is honestly just as impressive – delicious, comforting, and exactly what you want at this altitude. Overall, it’s one of those places where you feel taken care of from the moment you arrive. Would 100% stay again.

Lo Mustang is an authentic haven, the dedication of the staff is truly remarkable- we felt so well taken care of. Our beds were cosy, the warm showers invigorating and the masala chai was absoliyely delicious. Perched with panoramic views that all of this is available at such a height is so natural for these wonderful people which aðds to the charm & magic of this beautiful place. Thank you Santosh ! Very wonderful experience. Every staff of the hotel is very kind and takes care of you. The manager Santosh Gurang who takes care of you the most. He stays in touch with you and takes care of you continuously from the moment you land at Jomsom airport and reach the hotel. Even at such a high altitude, the food is very good, the room is also very comfortable, very clean, complete with all the facilities, the heating is also very good.The location of the entire hotel, the spaciousness inside, such a wonderful property cannot be seen anywhere in the entire Muktinath.
