This is not a resort as advertised—it's more of a basic lodge. There was no one present at the entrance to assist, and it was difficult to locate both the parking area and the reception. Despite the check-in time being 2 PM, we received our room only at 3 PM, with no apology or explanation. The room itself was disappointing: the toilet seat was broken, lighting was limited to just two dim night bulbs, there were mosquitoes, frequent electricity fluctuations, and the TV wasn't functioning properly. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. Worst room with mosquitoes and broken toilet seat. No hot water. Dirty Swimming pool Lazy staff, room not clean, toilet seat broken, no mountain view as mentioned, property not maintained

Rooms are average quality. Service is slow. But the most unfortunate experience was the pricing of lunch. The lunch items were very very over priced. Cleanliness of rooms was also not great. Limited amenities in the campus. It is not suitable for senior citizens due to multi-level rooms. Swimming pool was not cleaned.

The hotel premises is very good, calm and pleasant. They have got good pool villas. But rooms need good deep cleaning, and the pool also needs good cleaning (at least twice a day). Food quality needs to be improved too. Apart from these few things, the hotel gives you are good stay experience.

Bad rooms, unclean pool, damp rooms, photoshopped pictures on the sites. We had taken the pool cottage and it was not good at all. The pool has algae dirt murk and insects. The room was damp. The bathroom was like some village bathroom. The surroundings were not maintained. The common pool was also not kept clean. We have forgotten our kids toys for which We have been following up but the staff is not cooperating to send it back despite multiple follow ups

Generally avoid negative reviews. This was most necessary. The staff is curt and arrogant, not very welcoming. There is no one at the reception post 9 pm. I had rodents in my room and the staff mentioned it's a part of being in nature. There was a mouse to be precise. The air conditioning auto switches of at night and there is no one to attend to it. The staff mentions things like, you will have to pay extra if you order chutney in breakfast. The rooms need to be kept clean for the price intended. The quality of food is not upto the mark extremely oily. It's a vacation much not had.

A total let-down even as we entered the property. Many stray dogs on the property. When we checked with the reception, they just accepted that yes, there are stray dogs ! With a 5-year old, this was not acceptable to us. This is not acceptable to us anyway after paying more than Rs.5 K per night (more than Rs.10 K for 2 rooms for the night of Fri., 22nd.Sep'23). The rooms, pool, dining area - all - nothing as in the pics. I want my money back + compensation (for ruining a b'day vacation). We just walked out (didn't stay) !
