Arnna Hotel - Goregaon

Arnna is one of the most special hotels I’ve stayed at in Mumbai. It’s close to the Bombay Exhibition Center and has a nice mix of South Indian style and modern comfort. The rooms, food, and overall feel are really well done. You can see and feel the culture in every part of the hotel. Great place to stay for work or a short break — highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Arnna Hotel, Goregaon East, Mumbai, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent—close to the Bombay Exhibition Centre and NESCO, making it very convenient for business travelers. The staff is definitely the highlight of the hotel. From the front desk to room service, everyone was courteous, helpful, and professional. Special mention to Sanjeet and Asmita at reception for their warm hospitality and swift check-in process. The rooms are modern and well-maintained, although they are slightly compact for the price range. Cleanliness is top-notch—rooms, bathrooms, and public areas are spotless. Housekeeping does a commendable job in ensuring comfort and hygiene. One of the best parts of my stay was the Nadara Restaurant. The food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety—something for every palate. Room service was also quick and efficient.

Beaware before dealing with ARNNA Hotel #scam #fraud #cheating #zeroprofessionalism Please read below points to know how they entirely ruined my baby shower event #onetimelifemomentofmotherhood 1. Specifically told them that we will arrive at 5pm and they were arranging chairs when we arrived and they took almost 1.5 hours to complete the set up. See, how they lacked professionalism that they don’t even know basic things that before client arrives, the chair arrangements should have been done. This is the only thing in terms of set up they had to do as it was rooftop location. This not only wasted our hours but created chaos. Mainly even after specifying that we want chairs in horizontal lines, they were arranging it around the tables. Zero attention/listening to client requirements. We had to interfere and asked them again to do it horizontally as total 70 guests need to be seated. My husband got busy in looking and guiding them in chair arrangements as guests were arriving. What a service!!! The manager was a show piece there just enjoying the chaos. My husband texted Abhishek for chair setting at 4pm still the arrangement was not completed until we reached there and took another 1.5 hours of our event schedule. Screenshot of chat attached. 2. Oh God, I have told them literally 10 times that i have booked dance group from Pune with heavy amount for my event so I need music system and Mike. Again a common sense that every event is incomplete without music system and mike. The Manager-Abhishek said yes we have music system on rooftop which is included and our mike is not working but we will repair the mike. On the day of event, almost 4 hours before event to start this Abhishek called us and told that mike can’t be repaired . How can you be so careless! Still we ignored their service and decided to keep our mood intact for function. My husband arranged the Mike for us by taking out time on the day of event where he supposed to be get ready and arrange our personal things. I just can’t understand such a big hotel/restaurant could not arranged a small thing like mike or the manager just did not take any efforts to check music system and mike. He completely avoid repairing part. Height of negligence! They didn’t even arranged other/new one when they were at mistake of keeping faulty mike. Please note that Booking was done more than one month prior to event date so they had plenty amount of time/days but their intention was not good and I got cheated. Trust me they ate our 1.5 hours in chair arrangements that is from 5pm to 6.30pm. After that we decided let’s start with dance group only as they need to travel back to Pune after their service. My experience had both positives and negatives, with certain areas in need of improvement. Good things: ✔ **Great Location** – The hotel is conveniently close to the trade show venue. ✔ **Cleanliness** – The room was generally clean. ✔ **Friendly Staff** – The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. ✔ **Good Dinner Experience** – The restaurant served excellent food for dinner. Cons & Areas for Improvement: ❌ **Room Quality vs. Expectations** – There was a significant gap between the hotel’s promotional images and reality. I had to change my room once, but even then, it did not match what I originally booked. ❌ **Mold & Air Quality Issues** – Although the room was clean, there was a persistent moldy smell that made my stay uncomfortable. My clothes absorbed the odor, forcing me to rewash everything afterward. The issue seemed to stem from poor ventilation, as there was no proper air circulation system. There was a balcony but locket. ❌ **Bathroom Issues** – The shower constantly flooded, and there was no hairdryer provided. ❌ **Poor Breakfast for International Guests** – Despite the hotel catering to foreign visitors, the breakfast selection was extremely limited and disappointing. During my four-night stay, I often had to ask for basic items like eggs or fresh vegetables. The quality and variety were lacking, making breakfast the weakest part of the stay. Interestingly, dinner at the restaurant was excellent, so perhaps a different chef is responsible. Final Verdict: The hotel has great potential, but for business travelers, there is a lot of room for improvement. The mold issue and poor breakfast were major downsides.
