Hotel Golden Crown recensioner

Located very conveniently next to the Airport, staff was friendly and helpful as well. Bed and bathroom was clean, I couldn't find the hot water switch though. Mumbai was hot enough so I didn't bother asking. WiFi in my room was available standing next to the door only, good enough for a quick email checkup. Luggage storage is available as well, all in all a good experience, I might stay there again.

Location of the Hotel is near by Mumbai airport. It's not worth for money what they are charging

Ist das Geld nicht Wert. Ziemlich abgekratzt alle Zimmer. Beim checkin fehlte der Geldeingang und hat dadurch wesentlich länger gedauert, obwohl schon 6 Wochen vorher bezahlt. Aber gut, irgendwann hat erst gefunden. Von riesigen Kakerlaken bis Geckos alles immer Zimmer vorhanden.

Das Hotel entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Es wurde zunächst behauptet, keine Reservierung vorliegen zu haben, und eine erneute Bezahlung des Zimmers gefordert. Der Check-in verlief daher nicht reibungslos. Nach längeren Diskussionen wurde die Buchung schließlich doch gefunden. Zimmer und Bad wiesen einen erheblichen Abnutzungsgrad und einen schlechten Zustand auf; Bettwäsche, Decke und Kissen waren verschmutzt. Die Unterkunft entsprach nicht dem gezahlten Preis. Dennoch war es eine Erfahrung, die zeigt, dass Reisende in Indien gegebenenfalls Abstriche in Kauf nehmen und sich auf unvorhergesehene Situationen einstellen müssen.

Worst experience no basic facilities been provided, no bathing towel, soap and rooms smell odd, no cleaned bedsheets service is also worsted, people ask tips for everything hotel surrounding area full of mutton shops and smell odds. Overall bad stay

I was stayed for a short duration of @ 6 hours, but the rooms and bed are not cleaned as expected. Need to improve on it

Property entrance is on the busy market area, front area is not clean at all. The photos shown in website is not matching with exact view.

Outside hotel in the same premises there is a cement shop so you will be welcomed by all cement bags. Room are ok.

I felt a family with the owner and as staying in my house with comforts. The staff were accomodative.
