Make sure you get the higher floors level 6 and above, but do note it's a shared bathroom , which is perfectly fine since it's regularly cleaned. Hot water shower was perfect. If you're more than 1.75, you are gonna hit the ceiling really, especially in the toilet, but it's padded so get ready. Top 2 floors are created at low-ceiling height in order to accomodate 2 floors of rooms. Everything is brand new now and the place is quite good. has a lift too.

Great hotel, greatly located in the center of Fort neighbohood. Personnel always helpful, they helped me manage everything, from SIM card to Forex change to food ordering. Absolutely recommended. Have in mind that you'll be in the middle of the city center, so don't expect quietness, room cleaning could be better but to me.it was just perfect.

The ceiling of the rooms is very wide, the pillowcases and towels are stained, there is no soap and toilet paper in the toilet.

One of the worse customer service, here firstly the receptionist is so arrogant and no smile on his face. Looks as if he does favour on the customers. I had booked room with breakfast and first day I ordered breakfast that also bread, butter and tea and it was not delivered as I waited 45mins and when asked they say it was delivered. After that i never even asked or had breakfast after paying for it. Secondly I stayed 4 nights and there is no tv in the room, no proper wardrobe and safe to keep stuff. Didn’t come to clean my room and had to ask to clean, wasn’t cleaned properly and kept one used bottle of water from the day we checked in where it was half filled and may be left by someone before us. Didn’t even bother to change water. So pathetic and one of the worst hotel I have ever experienced. One thing is location was good that’s it.

the room is a bit too small for me ... but i'm just a solo traveler and stayed for 1 night, so it's not too bad. the location is great and of course crowded. the service is nice :)

The rooms are very nice and cozy, comfortable, the place is neat and very clean. Service very nice and helpful. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone

Great location with lots of restaurants around. Decent service from staffs. Only downside is 12hr wifi codes.

Good hotel

Отель обманул с информацией о номере эконом. При заселении нас завели в комнату на 5 этаже в которой взрослому мужчине невозможно ходить, только передвигаться на четвереньках, как собаке. Потому, что потолок в комнате расположен очень низко, на высоте около 170 см, а мой рост 185 см. К комнате ведет коридор где от потолка вниз выступают балки на высоте где то в 150 см. Если не нагнитесь то разобьете лицо о выступающую балку. На требование предоставить номер с нормальным высоким потолком менеджер потребовал от нас еще три тысячи за две ночи. Пришлось платить. Просьбы дать кипятка игнорируют, якобы не знают что такое хот ватер. Просьба помочь вызвать в отель такси также проигнорирована, якобы не понимают что такое хелп ми колл такси. Администратор делает вид, что не понимает по английски . Место очень шумное, окна на трассу. шум как на заводе, бибиканье машин, крики людей, спать плохо. В целом плохой отель. Не рекомендую. В обьявлении о номерах эконом недостоверная информация. Номера не предназначены для проживания людей. Возможно только для карликов или животных

立地が最高でした。 鉄道の駅の目の前で、朝から遅くまでやっているスーパーマーケットも近くにあります。 また、徒歩10分圏内にはたくさんの屋台があり朝食から夜ごはんまで気軽にすばらしいローカルフードを食べられます。

it was small but cozy, ghe the room height will be slightly problematic if you are above 6ft, the hotel is right in front of csmt and you get to have a very good experience of mumbai, standing on the terrace at 11 pm, seeing cars go by, wind in your hair and the majestic csmt station in front in all its glory was a experience I had due to this hotel.

Cleanliness -very good rooms_a bit tidy. Very little space to keep your belonging no in house restaurant no complimentary breakfast. Even not drinking water location _superb. Very very close to cstm station staff_well behaved n co-operative 7. 5 out of 10 star

Overall experience was good. We had a nice trip and good experience. Will suggest to my friends to book with make my trip for a better experience
