Overall good experience. room are road facing and traffic honking noise is nuisance as windows are not proper sealed that can be improved.

Hotel is located at heart of the city with easy approachability but not maintained as per basic requirements. Par good cost, rooms are not good, one can see lot of seepage, fungus which may result in ichting and allergies, specially to kids. When you ask for room upgrade, everytime front desk officer denies stating hotel is full without checking availability. Management should look at the concern.

spacious rooms and quick service .the only flip side is it's location . you can hear the honking of traffic which is quite annoying.

Within an hour of booking u got an emergency and I called make my trip and the hotel as well and requested them to cancel my booking and refund my amount. I was assured by hotel they have replied to MMT email approving cancellation and refund. But I have not received any refund and my trip shows as completed and cancelled. I never checked in in the property too. Appreciate a quick resolution to this a my case is completely genuine and was immediately requested after booking it.

property location is good but food quality breakfast buffet is Ohk Ohk only . veg item and non veg items counter are at same place. The dishes were not so good. Room service is bad , not delivering zomato orders in the room, I need to go to reception to collect it.
