Worst hotel ever. As a person who travels and stays at hotels a lot, I have never came across such a bad experiences. The staffs are very rude and have no manner. They didnt show respect at all .Wont suggest. And it's situated in a very shady place.

Hotel Fountain Inn exceeded my expectations! The service was impeccable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The Staff were so polite and helpful. Prime location. I look forward to staying here again!

Fountain Inn at Fort area serves very nice selection of veg and non veg sizzlers. Ample seating downstairs and on mezzanine. Airconditioned. Staff is very nice and helpful with suggestions etc. We had the non-veg sizzlers: Char grilled chicken with roast sauce and their Independence special Grilled New Zealand lamb chop sizzler. Thoroughly enjoyed. The quantity is huge and quite filling. Goes well with their sweet lime soda. A special thanks to the management for their complimentary sitaphal icecream. Located in the Fort business district, parking is available but occasionally maybe difficult. Definitely a restaurant to visit if in the vicinity.

Had a really good Stay in the hotel. The staff members were nice and polite. All the safety measures were taken. Ambience is pretty good. The room was clean and sanitized. The staff took all the safety measures very well. Its on a very convenient place and everything popular in colaba is nearby to this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was impeccable. I had a wonderful time at this hotel. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I look forward to staying in the future.....

The hotel rooms are filthy and too small. Whats pathetic is the attitude of hotel staff. They behave as if they are doing a favor by letting the guests in. and for any complaints, they have only one solution and that is "you can cancel the stay". Did not even checkin, left and found another property to spend the night.

Rooms are tiny with mosquitoes and roaches aplenty Bedsheets are not clean and toilet a disgrace . Air con dripped all night into my suitcase wetting my clothes Shower packed in working as I am Rewriting this as the Wi-Fi packed in again Avoid at all costs when something is heavily discounted on TripAdvisor there is a reason !! Place hard to find down some garbage infested alley
