Hotel staff are so polite Foods is excellent Ambience is amazing Location and view is awesome Connectivity from airports, metro and railways is superb We have tried all its restaurants and each one is a different feeling Must try for all in Mumbai

I just wanted to take a moment to extend my heartfelt thanks for the wonderful staycation experience. From the warm hospitality to the thoughtful touches throughout my stay, everything was absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend evryone to visit and have a nice break from our routine

Currently staying in this hotel and noise it’s a daily issue - and the staff always has a good explanation for the excessive noise. Two days ago there was a ‘family function’ playing loud music on loudspeakers past 10 pm and they denied it was a party. And yesterday, at 12:30 am some people from the ‘banquette department’ ’without proper notification’ decided to start dragging heavy chairs on the floor past midnight to prepare for an event today. There are quieter and more respectful/professional hotels in Powai such as the Fern and Rodas. Don’t waste your time and money staying here. Zero respect for silence and a good night of sleep. Edit: parties have continued. Noise is up again on my last night. Staff has said ‘there’s nothing we can do really as some parties run longer than expected’ Do not stay here if you want a quiet space to sleep at night. The hotel has parties and receptions for companies every night and the noise insulation is bad.

If you are looking for good food, friendly staff and value for its money, you are at the right place. I have enjoyed different type of meals. Also, look forward to be there refresh once mind after a stressful day. The suggestion of food can never go wrong.

They play loud blaring music with some folks singing Bollywood songs, in a besura manner …a really terrible experience or people visiting Beatle or just passing by, to have to endure this cacophony and assault on the ears…otherwise the place is ok
