Food was good..but they want improve the room service..they won’t coming for room clean

Room are okay. But toilet/washroom is pathetic, so unhygienic, taps are not working property, westren toilet cover lid is also damaged. There were no good quality towels. And no sleepers are provided by Hotel Guest Inn Residency, this is the main concern.

Calm atmosphere, nice staff, although some are lazy but overall experience was good enough. I with my three more friends had a six nights stay here and we all are very much satisfied.

very unhygienic hotel and room is full cockroaches. no recommend for family. I was supposed to rate 1 star but in that condition i have to attach pics which was not available.Bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket not cleaned.Poor housekeeping. Also the location of hotel near some garbage dumping area.

The location of this hotel is in some slum area or dumping area. Very small rooms and very unhygienic as it's having so many cockroaches in the room. Food plates kept in the corridor and very unhygienic hotel. The food what they are arranging from outside it's quality and taste is very poor. Kindly don't just see for low price. Not at all recommended to family.

Since i have booked the hotel from make my trip they gave me 3adult +1child room n after occupying the room the owner mentioned it's 2+1 adult +1 child where in the +1 adult will sleep on mattress n no bed for him. This is bad and not at a good service

The rooms were too small, the hotel was shady, no service was available properly and the staff was rude. They misbehaved with a female colleague of mine.
