Hotel Milan International

I recently stayed at this hotel and we found cockroaches in entire room and bathroom we check 4-5 rooms and all the room had same issue. Unfortunately we couldn't find alternative hotel in nearby so we had to stay there. This was my worst experience ever. There were lots of noice, if someone from above floor opens flush or tap then the noise was coming to ground floor. There is no cleanliness or hygeine maintained in the hotel. Staff were very rude. The flow in flush was very less. There is no proper hot water. The entire floor was dirty. Walls were dirty. I don't understand how can they charge 1700 rs per day for this slum room. Someone should raise a voice against these kind of hotels. They are making money out of online platform like agoda, MMT. Since its cheaper than other rooms most of people fall into these trap. Please find cockroach photo on floor which I killed. Unfortunately I can't able to upload the entire video of cockroach I made. This hotel should shut down

The room was neatly maintained at the check in and the staff was very well behaved the tv stand was not clean, and the bathroom was stinking room service was not adequately available

Horrible lots of mosquitos too much noisy dirty sheets not good for family’s as it’s opposite railway station too noisy

Service is good poor housekeeping mosquito in room extra mattress and blanket poor quality room service person good

The property is ideally located, offering easy access to juhu beach and bandra train station. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to all our needs.

The standard rooms are not worth staying. There were spit stains and poor upkeep. Not worth the price at all. Constant sound of plane take-off and railway line.
