Hotel Bawa Suites

Excellent location. The breakfast spread has improved but I still miss the good old days with hot and fresh parathas being served in the mornings. The hotel is going through some renovation but overall a great stay. Just one complaint - I have had to wait past 2 pm, having arrived at 11 am for check in as the rooms were not ready. Got I little impatient at 2 pm because I saw others who came after me but they had already been allocated their keys. I was with a young child and landed on an early flight hoping for an early check in. We then ventured off for a massage nearby hoping that our room would be ready in time by 2 pm (official check in time). However, it wasn’t ready until 2:30 pm and therefore I will not give full marks for the service.

Stayed at Bawa Suits for Three weeks this time and for Two weeks last May so a total of 5 weeks. Had an amazing wonderful stay from Management all the way down to room service and cleaners amazing service they will bend backwards to make your stay stress free relaxed and anything and everything you ask for nothing is a problem they will do everything in their power to make sure you are happy and comfortable Then there is Zante restaurant and Caffe can not recommend it enough. Beautiful food amazing service from the Chefs to the waiters to the bartender again there is nothing they won’t do make your experience one you will cherish There is some people I just have to thank and mention because they really made my stay unforgettable Thank you Sam Bhumi Ashish. so I stayed here when I went to India for the first time three years ago during Covid and yes, the restrictions were pretty tight in the country but this hotel made all the difference in there cleanliness and willingness to help in any way they could with anything needed. I needless to say it was wonderful to be able to go back to a place that felt like a second home. The staff is amazing always there to help night or day any hour in any way possible. From the door greeter to the check-in team and most appreciated were the housekeepers and they’re thorough and expedient way of cleaning and redressing the bed. This time my housekeeping, attendance were Sarwan,Sitaram,Suril,Poavin Durai,Sachin and Kishoye. Room service is worth mentioning as well ***** with the kitchen that makes the food. I had a few days where I needed to stay in my room and do some work and they were prompt and the food was well prepared and hot. Oh yeah, breakfast is included in this hotel with a wide arrangement of Indian food and American food and omelettes cooked to order ***** with other American breakfast delights such as pancakes, cold cereal, oatmeal, and I believe even bacon. My hat is off to this establishment and all staff in my second stay this go round. Thank you all very much.

Excellent service. My team of house keepers Kishore, Rajib and Durai kept my room spotless and fresh smelling everyday! Kishore made sure that my room was well stocked with bottled water each and everyday of my 2 week stay from the US. This team is fast and work well together. This is just one of reasons that I recommend you consider Bawa Suites for your budget conscious stay.

I found the room cleaning staff most helpful and done a fantastic job daily. Mahendra,Sarwan,Deepak,Ansel, Durai Thankyou to you all for taking care of my room and any needs I had. Sanchis the doorman thankyou mate for your knowledge and help with everything. I stayed at Bawa Suites for 2 weeks whilst having dental work done close by and found it a great place to stay. There was alot of construction taking place with 1 new lift being installed that was abit of a pain at times . The bed I had was certainly comfy enough and clean. Shower and and bathroom amenities were all good 👍 It's by no means a brand new Hotel but it was clean and tidy and everything worked. Restaurant down stairs had very nice food. I do think because alot of people having dental work procedures completed at Dentzz next door stay at Bawa Suites I would of liked to of seen some form of discounts offered for Dentzz clients. Drinks (alcoholic ) were over the top expensive so if your planning on having a few beers each day on your stay I advise you to find a supermarket ( not food square) and buy yourself some beers and keep them in your room fridge.. I feel they do take advantage of Westerners staying charging alot for meals and drinks but that's my only real complaint. Cheers for the stay 🙏👍

Always a pleasure staying in the Bawa … and these guys make it even better - Kishor, Sarwan, Ansel and Durai…You rarely find a hotel with a great restaurant and Bawa manages to get that right. The location is great if you want to enjoy the sights and sounds of Bandra
