Highly recommend this place for travels .. totally enjoyed this place ! Would recommend this place to any travellers !

The hotel rooms are very spacious and have full-length glass windows. It's right next to the high way and very close to Goregaon Exhibition center. It's inside a compound and the trees planted all around gives it a secluded feel and also a good space to walk around. The breakfast buffet and all food options at the hotel are amazing! Will Come back again

Good room size Dinner buffet was good but can be improved

Westin Mumbai is an excellent place to stay, do shopping and move around. Everything is neat and clean. They provide all help and guidance. Food court has excellent choice and variety of food. No issues.

Service over all is not upto standard

I had the pleasure of staying at the Westin Hotel for a friend's birthday party, and it was truly an exceptional experience. We booked a suite on the top floor, and the city view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the impeccable room service. The hotel staff were attentive and responsive, making sure all our needs were met promptly. The quality and presentation of the food were outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed our in-room dining experience.

The service at Westin Mumbai was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Westin whenever I am in India. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

Staff were extremely helpful and hotel was really nice!

The staff was very polite and prompt with the hospitality. We were not expecting a higher level room because of our last moment booking but, we were offered a room on the 31st floor which had a breathtaking view of the city and it was beautiful to sit by the window during sunsets and sunrise as you can see both the city and the national park on the opposite side. The rooms are huge and well planned with adequate furniture to work and relax. The room service was quick and nice, and the food quality is top-notch! A great experience overall and I would highly recommend booking with them for your stay!

Nice hotel, location and staff service.

Excellent all round. Big choice for breakfast. Amazing breakfast. All staff were very helpful.They went the extra mile to cater for us. Nice pool and gym. Located near a mall, and the new metro. Will definitely return soon.

service is not good and not up to standard, fatalities are really good.

The AC was not working properly and while checking I had informed the duty manager that the normal tempnature of 24 degrees which I feel is hot kindly arrnage to give me an room with some more low temp but he told me that it's chilling now and when I went to room it was hot So resulting in checking out in just 3 hours bcoz I was feeling uncomfortable and hot .
