The St. Regis Mumbai recensioner

Excellent location. Rooms are overall clean however some of the furniture seem to be getting old and carpet in the room has bunch of stains and unpleasant smell which are very off putting. Impressive views. Food in the restaurants is okay but cocktail hour food is very much below the class. Had a lot of billing issues with front office was unfortunate as they had charged me additional amount (which they reversed after I pointed out) but such mishap is not expected from a 5 star hotel. Overall I would suggest there are multiple Taj chain options in the city which can serve much better service at the same (or even lower) price

We had a wonderful stay at the st Regis Mumbai. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. The rooms were bigger than the average rooms in Mumbai for the same rate. The view from our room was also breathtaking. Would definitely come back the. Next time I visit Mumbai

One of my better stays in India. great rooms with a selection of well placed amenities. they served and extensive buffet breakfast which you should not miss. Staff were always alert and friendly.

I love the hotel decoration & Clean & Safety with high-end Standard. Also the team , front Office and Everyone is really helpful and always smile 😊😊 I had great time in Mumbai and St.Regis. would like to stay there again. Thank you

We were there for a birthday buffet brunch at the Seven Kitchens. The staff was amazing and very customer oriented. We had a complaint about some food items, the chef came immediately to check and removed the dishes totally from the buffet. Our complaint was appreciated.

Nice business hotel in the central location with a bit of sea view. The room was very clean & staffs very helpful. Breakfast also very nice.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Good gym, and great location near most attraction and just beside the mall. front desk staff are generally dishonest. Check your bill on check out and do your due diligence, don’t believe their upsell

ST. Regis Mumbai was a beautiful hotel and the service was next level from reception, housekeeping & restaurant staff. The rooms are spacious and modern and extremely clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had in Mumbai with a huge selection to choose from. The Koishii is a restaurant not to be missed at true

Very nice stay

Been staying at St Regis Mumbai every time we visit Mumbai for work. Location is incredible or in fact the best amongst all the hotels in Mumbai. Great service as usual. We used the business centre services as well as the coffee lounge for meetings… everything was smooth. However may I suggest to tone down the fragrance at the reception? It gets a bit too overbearing after a while :)
