Every time I book at any Rixos branch in Kazakhstan I have granted a complimentary upgrade except this Rixos Aktau branch!

I have never encountered such rude staff and poor service. While the location itself is quite good—situated on the Caspian Sea coast—with free access to Tetysblue Park and a heated pool, the overall experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff. Many employees, including the security lady at the post, the bartender near the pool, and the lobby waiters, were consistently impolite and unprofessional. The toilet in our room was filthy upon arrival, and even after housekeeping cleaned it, I had to clean it myself as it remained in an unacceptable condition. The food quality was also lacking. Meals were not served warm, the rice inside the stuffed pepper was undercooked, and the desserts were bland. Additionally, there was no iron available in the room, and ironing clothes was prohibited due to fire safety regulations—an absurd restriction, especially considering that five-star hotels around the world do not usually have such limitations. When I addressed these concerns with the supervisor, Arina M., she acknowledged the staff issues and assured me that improvements would be made. However, we saw no actual changes. Instead, we were given a cheap bottle of rosé wine and some fruit—an inadequate attempt at compensation. Overall, I would not recommend spending your time or money at Rixos Water World Aktau. The experience left me feeling both frustrated and deeply disappointed.

I expected that the services and programs of the hotel are more, but unfortunately there is no privacy for veiled women, their own sauna, the place is a mixture and the pool inside the hotel is very small and in winter I do not recommend visiting the place, I expect in summer it is better to sustain water games because in winter it is closed

So good! We'll come here again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We had wonderful rest. Especially terrific was kids club. Tasty food. Very nice rooms. The best was having aquatic park and amusement park. We enjoy this place. The place is very clean

It was very good trip, I enjoyed a lot here. It was outstanding. We enjoyed here The amusement park and the water park are great. My friend and I had great time here. If I want to say in one word it was fabulous. I recommend you come and experience here.

The house keeping was on time and the whole people and reception members were all kind and friendly,I enjoyed my trip to khasagestan anyway....and the meals that they served was all good dishes and i liked the whole concept of food and i enjoyed it here
