Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Would never stay here again. Every time I had to speak to the staff they were rude and could not be bothered. Would never stay here again. Rooms were ok but very very basic, did not enjoy your stay at all. Won’t return

A really horrible experience. The room was on the ground floor and just beside the road. One cannot sleep in the night due to obnoxious disturbance. The room was as small as it was possible to construct. The latrine and the bath areas were separate cubicles and the wash basin was right inside the sleeping area. No amenities like kettle or tea/coffee sachets. Disgusting.

We first arrived in the afternoon on Sept.15th for a two night stay, we stood at the desk for about 5min. The two employees at the desk where talking to one another, we patiently waited for them to finish. So the man looks up and says to my husband "WHAT DO YOU WANT" in a very harsh tone. From that point it only got worse, our room was like being in a youth hostel, bunk beds with 1 chair, so my husband and I wanted to play cards, so he ask the front desk can we please have a second chair, he is told he needs to return it before 10pm, which was fine. Next night we wanted to play cards after coming back from Oktoberfest, so my husband goes into the little restaurant to get a chair and the women starts screaming A$$hole in German at him, he says to her that he'll bring it back before 10pm, but she kept on screaming. So he left the chair alone. The only good thing about this place was the water pressure.

The worst IBIS ever !!! Tiny bunker rooms, away from the city , grumpy reception, low quality breakfast and above all very poorly maintained and managed. Especial mention to the people on the reception, they should leave the work if they are not happy working. Never saw them smiling and was always with a grudge on their faces. Always have a "no" for any help. Never ever thought that an IBIS will have such a low standard. Highly disappointed.

Recently stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel/room was very basic & lacked a bit of atmosphere, the guy on reception wasn’t the happiest on our arrival. Rooms are small but ok and clean. We had a double with bunk. Shower was good too. Couldn’t fault breakfast. Location is very good, not too far from u-bahn station & tram stop.
