I have stayed here previously in the largest suite and it was very nice, a great value. This trip it was not available so stayed in the Junior Suite instead and it is also very good. There is a lot of closet and storage space and in addition there is a long table/desk top. I will definitely stay in either of these rooms again. It is a good location if you are driving ,but if not there is a grocery store next door and restaurants in walking distance.

I chose to stay at The Spot because of its location and because the room was a bit bigger than what most other hotels offer. I come to Munich every month for a course and had high hopes that this would be a place I could return to. The room was on the first floot and at first I was a bit worried that it might be noisy because it overlooks a busy road but I have to say that the room was really quiet. However, it was unfortunetely very dirty: the toilet seat was disgusting (yello rim all around the seat) and has never seen a deep clean, the shower had product sprayed inside it but nobody bothered to run a cloth to clean it. The floor was especially dirty and the rug by the bed had dead insects and black gravel inside its shaggy pile. Overall, it is a cheaply furnished room with worn out furniture with no saving grace.
