Everything is good the Receptionist is also helpful. We have a little bit problem at the self check in but he help us

I booked it for my friend and he had a weird experience since he was placed in a bed next to another bed, which was weird and no one had told us that. In the end he asked for a change and he got moved to a normal bunk bed. Overall he had no complaints but that :)

That's is amazing! A really good Hotel. I will recomment this Hotel for my friend.

The receptionist have a bad attitude on managing my bad case in my room

The hostel was so nice also location in the center convenient to travel any places. Additionally the reception was so polite and friendly.

Worst hotel ever. Lifts don’t work. Disco music and noise until early hours of morning.

Staffs are good. Clean. Good breakfast services

Staff was nice, place was clean, and laundry facilities worked great (although probably a bit on the expensive side to each and dry clothes). Wi-Fi worked well, although you had to sign back in every time you came back to the place. The location is about a 12-15 minute walk away from Laim station. There’s really nothing of interest in the area, but it is possible to walk places of interest if you like walking. If not, a walk to the metro station would probably have to do.

Great! Not much complains, location was good, room was clean, service is decent.

Quite good in the price range

A really not great place to stay, zero privacy at the hostel (a simple curtain on my bed is enough) room packed in way too tight. And just full of strange people. My last night one of my bunk mates got kicked out cause he was drunk and on ***** and playing up at 2am causing mayhem. This one in the night I had to be up at 4am. The service was very helpful and accomodating but it’s in need of a serious upgrade
