Enjoyed our 2 days stay here. Location is fantastic - right across Munich central train station. You can walk to the old town and Marienplatz in about 15 to 20 mins, or if you have a day pass, get a subway. We had the family room for 4 and the room is big. Sofa bed comfort level is acceptable. The hotel is clean and nice. Breakfast spread is not fantastic but sufficient to start the day right. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

Located right opposite the central station. The rooms were decent sized. We had an issue with the air conditioning not working in the room during our stay. The manager was kind to have the issue resolved for us.

We were there for Pride weekend and while the location, parking, and our room was perfect for our trip, the customer service was not. Even though there was a room service menu, there was no room service. When my spouse went to ask, since no one was answering the phone, the reception lady carried on a whole 10 minute conversation before addressing my wife. Conversation, not helping a customer. Afterward she dismissively said there’s only pizza and wings and you have to order from the bar or for delivery. This was not the only dismissive encounter. Would we book again? Only in an emergency as the amenities are not as advertised and the customer service. Otherwise we did like our room and the location.

Unfortunately, the receptionist was giving everyone who booked rooms in the same circle, which had prizes, and we didn’t give them anything. When I asked for the insurance paper that I paid to the hotel, she refused to give me proof that the insurance would be returned. She didn't respect me and didn't respond to me. She was just watching and raising her voice to me. I told her, “Why are you shouting?” I’m just asking you.” Then she watched the computer and didn’t respond to me. This was an inappropriate behavior. Then she left without anything.

Very convenient location (Hauptbahnhof and Altstadt); room is spacious and clean.

Location is perfect, just opposite Munich Hof.

It was a good location only. Nothing else. Small room. Looks like business hotel. It is not worth.

The front reception staff were amazing. They helped to ensure that my family and I had settled in well into the hotel. They provided tips on travel around Munich and the key spots to visit in our short stay in the city. The room was very clean. Everything was working well. The housekeeping staff were always smiling, and providing help when required. We needed extrat pillows, and it was provided within minutes of our request. Excellent service standard! The location of the hotel at the doorstep (10m) from the Train statin, made it so much easier to move around the city with various transport means. Short walk to the main shopping and christmas market spots. Excellent choice. We will be back again. Cheers!
