Eurostars Grand Central recensioner

Location of the hotel is not strategic. Never take tram to the hotel if you are coming with luggages. There is a long flight of stairs at the tram station and climbing up with luggages is insane. It’s better to take buses that stop nearby the hotel. It’s looks more like a 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars. The route to my assigned room is like a maze. Room amenities is by request and need to ask at front desk. Overall the room is clean and staff are polite. Cozy stays.

Shower was either scolding hot or cold with low pressure. Engineer was useless and didn’t offer much help. AC was very weak.

Very nice hotel in a quiet but very accessible location. Tram stop outside the hotel brings you to Munich Central train station in a few mins. Room is very good, modern and comfortable. Nice heated pool at 28 degrees too.

Check in check out simple and fast. Room is clean and hotel look concise. The room for 3 is seems tight space when we have 2 big and 3 small luggages. Overall that is good place for enjoying our holiday.

Location was near the train station, convenient. Breakfast in the hotel was also good.

Es un hotel a 25 minutos a pie del Centro. La mayoría del personal hablan Español y son encantadores. El paseo hacia el centro es agradable, es todo línea recta y no se hace pesado. La zona es buena y segura. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y actualizadas. Repetiré si vuelvo a Munich

床睡着很舒適，對比這次旅程住宿的幾個城市：羅馬/佛羅倫薩/威尼斯/薩爾斯堡，慕尼黑這家酒店感覺性價比最高，早餐很豐盛，交通很便利，旁邊就是輕軌站，走路去坐S快線火車站也就10分鐘。

職員好nice，因為房間準備好，可以俾我地提前check in。房間乾淨整潔，張床都好大。不過浴室冇浴簾，容易整到d地下濕透。不過整體滿意

訂的家庭房空間很大 早餐非常豐盛 服務人員態度也非常好 地理位置也很優越 離車站不遠不錯 有機會出遊會再次預訂

在去慕尼黑的路上預訂了這家酒店，預訂後發現選錯了日期，因為沒有改設定，攜程默認的當天入住選成了第二天入住，我立馬聯繫酒店和攜程幫我改日期，我可以補差價並可以彌補酒店部分的損失，結果得到的答覆是不能修改，前台的態度還極其差，酒店讓我重新定定一天酒店，其實我改日期對酒店來説並沒有什麼損失，酒店為了多掙一點房費無所不用其極，真的是毫無底線可言，真的很噁心
