Because we were 40 minutes late for check-out, a lady at the reception (presumably the owner) took our bags and refused to return them unless we paid money to the cleaning staff. When we refused, she called the police and threw us out. Very disappointing service.

The hotel was clean, but we had a theft and a breakage in our room while we were out. My hair straighteners were broken on the floor (and I had left them on the bedside table), and a necklace and (bizarrely) my partner’s trousers were stolen. We were told that the cost of the hair straighteners would be reimbursed by the hotel’s insurance. I gave them all the details and have chased the hotel 3 times via email with no response or reimbursement. A really negative experience for us. Shower was warm at least!

Absolutely not recommendable. We booked 2 premium double rooms in this hotel for the only reason of having air conditioning in the rooms but we found none of this in both rooms that we booked. ********** helped us through this problem but the hotel denied partial refund. We were given a coupun by **********, thanks for all your help. but if we knew we would have booked another hotel. Also we had a problem with hot water. We showered with cold water for 3 days out of 4. When we complained we were told that they have checked it and found no problems. But then they told us that maybe the hot water has been used up. Bathroom sink of room 113 was blocked for all our stay. I have complained also but problem remained. No privacy at all , terraces are linked with no privacy area. Moreover no security as the terraces can be accessed from the fire exit, even from public. Such a pity for this hotel since rooms are very big and did not expect these problems at all. We spent so much time of our holiday on the phone trying to solve the problems. Cleanliness was also not so good. Buffet breakfast is pretty good and with a variety of pastries. Rooms size and breakfast are the only thumbs up for this hotel.

Das Hotel ist an sich wirklich ok, der Service an der Reception wirklich an Überheblichkeit, selbst für bayrische Verhältnisse, kaum zu toppen. Das man weit im vorhinein einen Parkplatz reservieren muss, weil viel zu wenige im Hotel vorhanden sind: OK, hätte mich vorher erkundigen können. Das man kaum schlafen kann, da die Fußballmannschaft von Deutschland während der EM gegen Dänemark gewonnen hat: OK, was kann denn da das Hotel dafür, freu ich mich für meine Deutschen Kollegen. Das man sich einen Balkon mit den Zimmernachbarn teilt, die offensichtlich Kettenraucher sind: Naja, ist ja nur eine Nacht. Und das Zimmer an sich ist absolut in Ordnung. Das man selbst durch die eigenen Kinder zum Frühaufsteher mutiert ist und das Frühstück an Sonn und Feiertagen erst um 08:00 Uhr losgeht: was soll's, die Nacht war eh recht kurz durch den Lärm, und mal 1,5 Stunden zu warten, bevor man frühstücken gehen kann, gibt einem die Möglichkeit, die Frisur für den Tag zu machen. Um 08:00 Uhr in den Frühstücksraum zu kommen, und kein Brot, Semmeln oder sonstiges Gebäck vorzufinden, 35 Minuten zu warten, sich niemand vom Personal des Hotels blicken lässt, ist dann nicht mehr ok. Aber: Es kann ja immer mal was schief gehen. Dann habe ich beim Check-out mal nachgefragt, was denn passiert sei: Antwort: "Das Gebäck ist uns ausgegangen" Auf die Nachfrage wie das sein kann, wenn der Raum ja erst um 08:00 Uhr zum Frühstück zur Verfügung steht: Antwort: "Na ist halt so" Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich 35 Minuten gewartet habe: Antwort: "Ja, da habe ich was Neues besorgt" Bei der Nachfrage, wie sie uns hier entgegen kommen wollen: Antwort: "Was glauben Sie denn, ab 09:00 Uhr war eh wieder Gebäck da." Auf meinen Hinweis, dass ich wohl nicht mehr in diesem Hotel übernachten werde: "Das ist ja nicht mein Problem. Ist ihre Entscheidung". Für alle, denen es genauso gehen wird: In 2 Minuten Gehtentfernung gibt es eine wunderbare Bäckerei. Guter Kaffee, sehr gute Auswahl an Gebäck, freundliche Bedienung. In 2 Minuten Fußweg-Entfernung ist eine große Bäckerei.

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in München gebucht und hatten das Oktoberfest besucht. Dabei hatten wir im das Hotel in München gebucht. Das grosszügige Zimmer im 5. Geschoss, übrigens sehr ruhig, hat uns sehr gefallen und das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
