Staff is really helpful, the locations is only good for travel to BMW Museum and Allianz Arena only, no any shop / restaurant nearby.
The Wifi is not good enough, need to connect every time even down to the lobby.
The Gym room is not good enough.

Things I like
The location is perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The parking and security is excellent . The Host was great and responded quickly and efficiently to any questions or queries we had.

The restaurant staff were racist and rude. extremely arrogant which was very funny when the customers are paying for the service. Because of the restaurant staff, I nearly came to hate my trip and regret coming to this country. I would recommend other hotels, really not worth spoiling your stay in Germany over some racist people. All in all, don’t book this one, Asians are treated very poorly.
