Svar från boendet: Hi Hi,thank you so much for your feedback. As we are an Aparthotel, we do not have daily cleaning service as you would in a standard Hotel. Our apartments are made to be as a "home-away-from-home", therefore we offer our guests the same privacy as they would have in their own apartment.:) Towels are always provided to our guests and we can deliver them to the apartment anytime - we just need to get a text from you.:)We have a central heating and cooling system in our house and there is a switch that you can regulate from your own apartment - if that is not sufficient enough, we also have heating and cooling fans available - we just need a shout and we deliver:)Thank you again for your feedback!We hope you will visit us again and we can make your experience here perfect!Best from Nika and Schwan team

Svar från boendet: Hey hey Winki123, Thanks a lot for sharing your thoughts with us on your stay in Schwan! :) I am happy to read that you loved the design in the rooms; it is indeed a very pretty one and it gives character to the hotel overall xx As an apartment hotel concept, we strive for creating a community for our guests, especially long-stay guests, as well as providing the necessary facilities and services for them to fully enjoy their stay and have everything they need in the rooms. I can agree with you that it can be a bit loud in the terrace in the evening times, but we always take measure to not have loud guests outside after 23:00 by law.
