Location was bit far from the subway station and there was NO Hair dryer! It was dissapointing to have that. And also there was no bartender at the time we stayed so we couldn’t used the bar also.

"Terrible, it seems like it was done on purpose! The hotel is located next to a high-traffic road where parking is not allowed, the hotel's external parking lot is quite small, and the paid indoor garage is seriously undersized for the number of rooms in both adjacent hotels. We returned after dinner and, of course, both the external and internal parking lots were full. We were forced to park in a spot that was a bit out of line but without obstructing traffic, still within the hotel's private area. During the night, tow trucks arrived and towed all the cars 30 km away. We ended up paying 650 euros for the towing, plus 150 euros to have the parking opened on a Sunday, and 60 euros for a taxi. Total: 860 euros wasted. When we complained at the reception, they immediately handed us the business card of the towing company. We understood that this was a systematic thing, and I don't want to think that there’s collusion between the hotel staff and the towing company, which was clearly charging us an outrageous amount. The fact that in three days they never cleaned the room, and the endless lines for an undersized breakfast buffet every morning, became secondary. SHAMEFUL!"

Nice place and very quiet here even it near by the center place .it’s very convenient that mango supermarket around here

The breakfast options were limited, although the rooms were satisfactory; however, room slippers were not provided.

Room was clean and well maintained, breakfast was good. I can recommend this hotel for business travellers.

Was a reasonable location for what I needed. The reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very busy on the morning and the tables weren’t cleared very quickly for the next person to sit down. Enjoyable stay and I would go back.

本以為在攜程訂單法蘭克福酒店是黑店夠慘了，沒想到慕尼黑的這家酒店更是垃圾中的戰鬥機，第一天入住淋浴就是壞的，兩天沒人修，讓我們將就，也不給我們換房，找攜程，攜程更垃圾，壓根聯繫不上酒店，沒人理沒人問，居然兩天洗不了澡，直到第三天在我們自己反覆找酒店的情況下才給修好，我們一共住四個晚上，兩天不能洗澡，然後更奇葩的是這個酒店不給做衞生，需要換毛巾啥的自己下樓前台拿，我們住的是大車店嗎？攜程平台上居然出現這樣垃圾的酒店，攜程是垃圾平台嗎？在我們一再要求下，我們住四天給做了一次衞生。再找攜程，還是沒人理沒人問。太垃圾了，攜程是夥同國外酒店詐騙嗎？一直投訴一直不給解決，我雖然已經退房離開，但我錢是付給攜程，從攜程預訂的，攜程跑不了，我將投訴到底。維護自身權益到底。難道我們中國人就這麼好欺負嗎？攜程是漢奸企業嗎？

房間比較大 因為定了barrierfrei的房間 地理位置比較好 就是早餐人太多了 而且明顯早餐的服務人員比較有壓力 有些把壓力轉嫁給住客德現象
