Rooms are actually good, the beds are comfortable. Its also very spacious even we have 3 luggages. Unfortunately I have to leave the room only 3 stars due to the toilet, precisely the shower area. The design of shower area only cover half the area, leaving the other half open to make movement easy and spacious, but the wind that blows to you during your shower is unacceptable. Especially during winter season, so cold.
Reception staffs are very helpful and friendly, no problem at all.
1 thing for guest to note, hotel only provide 1st glass bottle of water free. The subsequent requires you to pay, you can otherwise drink water tap from room or request a glass from reception.

The staff was polite and kind. The hotel is next to the shopping mall and U-bahn. the building is modern, rooms also. I stayed there for five days.

The room is too dark. The kettle is super dirty. The staffs are nice and friendly. The price is good and close to shopping mall.

Easy access to the subway, staff was incredibly friendly, parking was a bit difficult to spot from the outside but was easy to access once we got the instructions (probably should indicate on the website so customers do not have to get out of their car and go inside to ask), rooms are smaller than you think but nothing to complain about. Really chill and chic hotel. Only a couple of mins to get to the city center. Prime location!

Worst experience ever. Never ever book and live in such a shitty hotel with poor service.
1. They gave the wrong room when I checked in. Someone already lived in that room. This is incredibly unprofessional.
2. Room service is supposed to be performed every day, but there was no room service in the first two days at all.
3. On the third day, there was room service after two days of urging, but my friend’s own bath towel was taken away.
4. The servant attitude is extremely poor. My friend's own bath towel was taken away by mistake. The front desk has always faced our communication with the attitude of "what do you want me to do" instead of solving this problem
5. And now the hotel tried to deny that the towel was taken by them, saying there's no camera to prove that she lost her bath towel with them.
So once you live here and lost something, pay attention, they will not take the responsibility because there’s « no camera »in the room.
