Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark recensioner

Everything is ok

Friendly team, big rooms , cafes and supermarket, pharmacy is 2 minutes walk. 5-10mnt drive by car from most of the locations we had to go.

I stayed here for a conference so the location was not in my control. However, it’s 30mins by tram from the center of Munich. Surrounding there is not many restaurants but there is a supermarket within 5 mins walk. The reception has a Starbucks so it’s very handy for the mornings if you don’t get their breakfast.

My experience at Sheraton Munich was extremely disappointing. I had booked a Super King room with a balcony, but upon arrival, I was given a room on the top floor without a balcony. When I spoke to the staff, who were unfriendly and seemed annoyed by my request, they told me they would grant me the room as if they were doing me a favor, despite the fact that I had paid for a room with a balcony. When my room was finally changed, I was given a room with a malfunctioning balcony. I woke up to find the balcony flooded with water, which forced me to check out a full day early. I received no compensation or even an apology for this terrible experience. It was very annoying and frustrating.

A great hotel located close to the subway. Lovely pool and breakfast.

The location is little bit far away from Platz but not that bad

I am satisfied overall except for the long waiting time in the front desk.

Tolle Lage, sensationeller Ausblick, Spa nicht so groß, aber Lage im 22./23. Stockwerk super schön. Frühstück sensationell.

適逢展會期間，房價是平時的2-3倍。酒店地理位置很好，在U4終點站附近，去市區、轉機場都很方便。附近有阿拉貝拉公園和英國花園，都值得去轉一轉。 前台check out處有一位年齡大點的女性接待，不知是心理問題還是福朋喜來登就這個水準：1.我們一行人早上十點過到的，陸續辦理入住，我問她能否辦入住，她説可以，拿護照查了一下，説要下午3點有房間，讓我在大廳等到3點才能入住。但我旁邊其他同事已經辦理入住，我就到旁邊的櫃枱辦理，很順利就入住了。2.房間沒有飲用水了，我打電話問前台要，聽聲音還是那個年齡比較大的女士接的電話，讓我直接用bathroom的水，説那就是飲用水。我看了一下酒店燒水壺，滿是水垢不敢喝，衹能下樓買水。2000多人民幣一晚的房間，就這軟硬件水準。除了這點小插曲，其餘都還好。 房間比較小，也有點意外。

遇到歐洲盃半決賽，還能訂單這個位置的酒店，萬幸了。房間面積也還可以。酒店規模大，標準連鎖酒店，整體設施都在水準上。 歐洲的酒店房間都不會太新，但維護的還可以。
