I searched and found via ratings and photos, but it is not upto the mark, its an old & average hotel, rooms are big, but not very clean (like a 3 star, food is also average.

Nothing was in place. Linen was dirty, bed mattresses were in bad shape, room wallls were damp and required much repairs, washbasin was leaking, electrical sockets were broken and hanging out of switch plates, mirror wooden frame was rotten and broken. What not. Room does not deserve even 1000-1200 rupees a day. Staff too was mannerless.

Worst experience in my life, bad smell room and bed and bed sheet. As per the detail, no hot water, no wifi, bad room service.

Room had a dusty smell. Bed sheets and curtains were very dirty and clumsy. Toilet and sanitation facilities were terrible. Not to recommend.

Rooms are good and spacious but needed maintenance. Furnitures are really old. Bed and bed sheet not good. Smelly bathroom. Overall average stay. Not worth for money.

The hotel staff were very polite. Room was neat & clean. Location of the property was also good and easily accessible. The view from balcony was mind blowing. Had a nice memorable experience.

The room amenities as shown by the hotel for a room is unreal. Seating area only in suite rooms but webpage shows in all rooms. No minibar but displayed in amenities for all rooms. Water shortage in suite rooms so cannot be opted for. If booked just too bad. Pictures are mix of all and not for a particular category of room. Receptionist shouted on my wife when she asked for refund. Manager very rude and unappraochable. Pathetic experience. Highly not recommended

The was amazing and we are very happy that we chose this resort. It was a 2 day stay and we enjoyed it. The location was very easy to get and the view from the room was exlent. Food and amenities were very good and i have to tell you that the staffs and the maneger were very pleasing and very good service. Overall i loved the stay at blue haze resort.

Unclean rooms, bugs inside, water issues, electric boards came out when we pulled the charger, additional bed was awful! only good thing was a good view here. Apart from that everything was bad.
