1. Hot water was only available for a limited time period. Morning time 7:30 to 10:30 and night 7:30 to 9. I checked in at 3:30 and wanted to had shower as I was driving all the way from Bangalore but they denied to provide hot water. 2. No ventilation in the room, it was like a cave. 3. Hairs were sticked on the fresh bedsheets, when I asked about the washing of the bedsheets the boy was unable to give proper answer. 4. Limited parking area for the personal vehicles of the guests.

This hotel is very near to the Munnar like around in 1.5kms. But, The worst hotel to stay. Worst receptionist. They have updated the room and bed details wrongly in ixigo saying it is kind size bed and 340sq feet. Where is it a queen bed and room size around 200sq. ft. They might say it has a very good mountain view. Well it is wrong. When you open the curtain you will see the mountains for sure but also a dump of waste and lot of noise because of the nearby Saravana store kitchen. Hotel staff are even more rude not addressing any of the issues I have faced. I still believe how they were able to get a 4 star rating. I believe it is fake. The hotel is not even worth of 2.5k even for a deluxe room. Don't fall for the images they have shared in any website. Stay away for these people. Also there is no parking as well.

Very very poor room condition. Rooms are totally different from their website photo. If you book this hotel a horrible experience waiting for you. Ground floor Rooms are damped. Bad Smel running all time in the room. Don't book this hotel book another hotel in munnar

I felt safe and sound comfort while staying there. However flush is not wroked. And i didn't troubled anyone for it. Adjusted to the circumstances.
