Apartments Dončić

The apartments are in a good position with spectacular views across to the old town and the mountains. The walk to the old town takes about 10-15 minutes. The road is quite narrow & the paths not great in places. Need to be careful when cars are passing as some drivers are not very considerate to pedestrians. We stayed in the studio at the very top of the complex right next to the pool. There are two very steep paths or steps near the top to reach the studio. This should be mentioned when booking as it would be a significant problem to anyone that is not fully fit. The studio has almost everything you need for your stay, cooking, cleaning and dining, a large fridge freezer even a dishwasher. The bedroom is small., only 4 hangers ! The living area has a 3 seater couch and a tv. The tv only has about 5 local channels with no English speaking ones. The bathroom is very basic ( shower only that is not connected to the wall ) there was no mop & bucket and the floor did get very wet at times. The outside area is good with fantastic views. The owners who have a house just at the side of the studio were brilliant hosts. Zeljko is always available via WhatsApp. His parents were on hand to quickly fix a small problem with the front door. The pool area is good with enough sun lounges, a few chairs & tables, ( pool not heated ) . The apartments are very good value for money, near enough to the old town but far enough away for a bit of peace & quiet. I would recommend the Doncic apartments .

Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable with stunning view of the old town Kotor. In the property is the amazing pool very clean also with view of the old town. Menager Zelko is very helpful . We really enjoyed at Doncic apartment's and we will come again for sure.
