Stayed in late August and we found the hotel to have everything that we needed. Mini market on site was very good and prices cheaper than local spar down the road. The pool area was clean and well maintained although the pool was very dirty some days. Sunbeds were never an issue although you need to be out early to get a bed that wasn't in the shade. We had breakfast included, it was OK much the same everyday but something for everyone. The beach is around a 15 minute walk or the hotel provide a free shuttle bus everyday except Saturday that runs every 30 minutes. Hotel staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly. Our apartment was cleaned everyday and fresh towels everyday.You can rent towels from reception for the pool for €10 which was helpful as we only had 10kg luggage. Pool tables and table tennis are on site. You can get the bats from reception for a €5 refundable deposit. Although the pool table were hard to get most evenings. The hotel should definitely add more tables. The guys in the bar were so friendly and it made our experience at the hotel in the evenings really enjoyable, especially Lucas. Overall we really enjoyed our stay but the mosquitos were terrible. We have been to many places but these were definitely the worst we have experienced. The hotel is close to a lake so this might have something to do with it. We travelled into Alcudia by taxi a few evenings for approx €13. Lovely family friendly area but found it difficult to find a pub with live music which was disappointing. Hotel entertainment was fairly good, Abba tribute act was the best for the week we stayed. Overall we had a good experience in Alcudia but next time would try to stay closer to the port area.

ThIs is my 2nd year here and yet again it was faultless. We go for piece and quiet and once you get into the adult only pool area it’s lovely. We sit and read the days away. Food is good nice selection as it the entertainment. Definitely recommend

We enjoyed our stay at Eix Laghotel. The staff in all areas, reception,pool, entertainment,bars and restaurant made our stay enjoyable.The staff can not do enough for you. Comfortable and clean rooms with very comfy beds! Lovely views of the pool and lake. On site shop with all you need. Free bus to beach and local restaurants and shops. We stayed half board and food was ok. We didn't go hungry. Entertainment all day and through to night time was really good. I can definitely see why so many people return to this lovely resort! Pools were great and adult only pool has the best cocktails! Ten minute walk (or 5 mins on free bus) to the most lovely beach!

Definitely read the reviews and don’t rely on the trip advisor rating alone. NOISE If you’re looking for a Magaluf / Club 18/30 holiday you’re in luck. The music is loud, day and night, so any rest or sleep will only happen comfortably after midnight. The rooms are small and paper thin so accompanying the constant background beats the sound of teens running up and down in the hotel, doors slamming, even every plug being out into a socket can be heard. If you’re looking for a restful break with lighter holiday vibes I definitely recommend continuing your search. ROOMS The rooms are considerably smaller than the photos show and are showing signs of wear and tear. We booked a room for a family of 4 and could barely walk around once the beds were up. The bathrooms are nice, showers decent and you get a decent hairdryer too. HOTEL Definitely not a 4* in our opinion. We booked with Jet2 who have massively mis-sold what this is. It’s dated, and feels neglected. The food is generally ok, typical Spanish mish mash and you do need to pay for drinks in an evening if half board. The pool bar is actually really good value for money and does bang out a tasty pizza. The rest of the selection is small. Entertainment has been great albeit repetitive. There’s been a lot of tribute acts and Tina Turner in particular was excellent. LOCATION There’s not a lot nearby to do. You can walk into Munro easily but again not loads there and in peak season the beach has towels laid out on 90% of it. Would we return? Absolutely not. But we enjoyed the sun regardless.

Great hotel. Family has been here for the last 22 years, and keep coming back. Great staff who we have got to know well. We have stayed in various room types and all are of a good standard. Food is very good and menus change regularly. Would recommend for both couples and families.

We stayed here as a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room which had a main room with a double bed and 2 sofa beds. There was a small room next to the bathroom with another sofa bed too. There was a fridge and tv with English channels which was a bonus. We didn’t pay extra for tv or air conditioning but paid 17 euros for safe and got 5 back when we returned the key. The food was really good, we stayed bed and breakfast and paid the 70 euros most nights to eat at the hotel for dinner (this doesn’t include drinks). They class over 12s as adults so we paid for 3 adults and 2 kids for dinner. It is a 10 minute walk to any restaurants which there is only a handful of so we were glad the food was nice in the hotel. There is a snack bar at the main and adult pool also. We only used the main one and it was great, prices were really good and portions were massive. They served pizza, hotdogs, chips, burgers, baguettes and sandwiches with a few other things. The hotel is nice but I wouldn’t class it as a four star hotel due to needing rooms and features upgrading and cleanliness improved around the pools (loungers need cleaning and weren’t cleaned at all while we stayed here). We had a few issues that were eventually sorted but required asking reception over and over again to sort them out. This was really annoying as we couldn’t just relax. The bed was so uncomfortable, an old one with springs digging into us. We complained over several days but Reception didn’t believe us until we made them come check it and it was then changed to a nice comfy mattress. There was also issues with the shower constantly flooding the bathroom and the balcony wouldn’t lock. They tried to fix this but it would just keep opening on the opposite side to the lock and we had to keep trying to jam this side locked every time we opened the balcony doors. The entertainment staff were excellent and made all the children feel involved no matter what age they were. They worked really hard every day and all the kids loved them. There was a mini disco on most nights, water slide one day in pool (free), trampolines every night (6 euros), inflatable water balls one day (10 euros), water polo and water aerobics. We didn’t use it but there was also a kids club and T-shirt painting on each day. Each night there was also bingo and a show on at about 10pm. I can imagine this being really noisy if your room is facing the pool as we could hear it quite loud facing the lake. Soundproofing isn’t the best but we were right at the lifts so might have been the cause. Cleanliness in the rooms was excellent, our room was cleaned every day and left really clean. Toilets around the hotel were also really clean too. There is an on-site supermarket which was ideal and it was cheaper than the closest spar. There is a mini arcade, gym and games room (cost 8 euros for one hour). Overall a nice hotel in a built up area of Majorca. Close to the beach but not much to do outside t
