This is my 4th hotel in the area I've stayed in and I wouldn't go back. I have 3 major gripes which were the ants that infested my room in day 3. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast at 7 despite saying it would be (it took until 7.30 to have food in) ... and the big one was a maid walked in one me NAKED. There are no 'do not disturb' sign but there was internal locks so I locked my door and at 3pm the maid walked in (didn't even knock and wait!?) and I was getting changed. I was mortified. She apologised but why the hell the locks don't work I don't know... I was very anxious the rest of the trip. They literally do not lock from the inside. The food was also incredible mediocre compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were amazing. Pool is gorgeous. Drinks are fabulous. But those 3 are reason enough I will never go back. Book hotel Condesa or iberostr.

The hotel STAFF is really EXCELLENT, both in the bar and during meals. The chefs are very friendly and attentive, and it’s clear that they put a lot of effort into making sure the food is delicious for everyone. You can really tell they cook from the heart. The hotel’s location is fantastic, very close to the beach, which is a huge plus. It’s also conveniently near shops and a bus stop. The beds are comfortable, providing a restful sleep. The kitchen in the room is quite basic, suitable only for making coffee or tea. Everything is cleaned daily, which adds to the comfort. There are washing machines and dryers available for use, with the washing machine costing 4 euros and the dryer 3 euros. Although I didn’t use the bus myself, it reportedly costs around 10 euros from the airport to the hotel, making it a convenient and budget-friendly option for those not using a taxi. If you choose to take a taxi instead, the fare from the airport to the hotel is 82 euros. Additionally, it's easy and quick to get to Alcudia from the hotel, which is great for exploring the area further.

Great surprise. Food was decent and varied, rooms simple but clean, great location - literally right on the beach. Booked the room with the swim up pool and this made it even better! Staff super friendly, fab cocktails and toasties, and just way more in every sense than we expected and great value for money. Loved it!

We had a pleasant stay and the room was ok. We stayed for 3 weeks and the weather was on our side the whole time 😎 Only thing negative is that the sunbed`s should have been cleaned from time to time, quite a few of them was dirty from birdshit and sunbath oil

Cozy hotel ith lovely facilities and restaurant (especially nice sitting outside in the yard). High service level👌 The beds were good and perfect clean rooms. The beach is lovely- especially If you have children with you. We would definitely come back.

On arriving late we were given a room overlooking the car park. At 1.00am noise from people leaving NUMA no respect for others We paid £3500 pounds for 10 nights with basic food local drinks snacks at certain times aS for entertainment rubbish. We weren’t travelling home till late evening so booked a room for €48 extra to ensure we could not feel homeless. The room we moved to was far better quality fresh looking along with views of the sea why we couldn’t have this one before? More storage space too Overriding factor is the main bar is the beach bar but when it rains not enough undercover space no comfy lounge chairs where u can sit and have a drink So overall food repetitive entertainment rubbish rooms although clean not acceptable for the price staff are great

Great hotel! Pretty basic but it was clean, the food was good, the staff were super nice and helpful! The beach was right at the back and they had a bar close to it as well! We’re planning to go back next year and stay here again. Thank you ☺️ and see you soon.

Lovely clean spacious hotel with great pool area - plenty of sunbeds, beach location. Hotel staff very polite/friendly and helpful. Everything closes down at midnight so slept well in comfortable beds in our air conditioned studio. We had just bed & breakfast which was varied good food.

We spent 10 nights at the Ses fotges and myself, partner and children (3,7) all really enjoyed ourselves! The room was modernly done and cleaned daily to a great standard. Our room 235 faced Numa beach bar which at first i was a little dubious incase it was noisy but did not need to worry! The rooms could do with more shelving in the wardrobes and the sofa bed was really uncomfortable but no other moans! The staff here work tirelessly with a big smile on their faces! The kids club staff are fab and welcoming to all! The food and drinks on the all inclusive were great. Didn’t really eat at the snack bar but it looked nice. The sunbed situation was non existent!! It was so refreshing that no towels were left overnight and always spare sun beds throughout the day! If you take a trip to the fun world next door which is amazing for children then dose your body with mosquito repellent! It was €10 each children for an hour and then €1.50 for a pair on socks. Their cocktails served there were fab too! Overall we would definitely return back here.

Very good service, I like the food, but can be better for the price. Just one think make me disappointed, no doors between the bathroom and room, was so embarrassed to use the toilet, especially for my teenager. But, in general was good time...

Just back from a week at this lovely hotel. So convenient having the beach on one side and shops, restaurants and bars on the other. The pool area and bar is the focus of activities through the day. We were all inclusive, the quality and choice were exceptional. We arrived just before the restaurant closed so the staff quickly arranged for us to eat before we checked in. Just one example of the lovely staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic. We were two mums with 2 boys aged 13 & 14. Location Excellent - one step onto the beach. A32 bus from the airport which stops right outside the hotel. Walk straight out of Palma airport straight ahead, quick right for the bus 2 min walk. Return journey up the street A32. Shops all around with usual tourist items - sunglasses, every fake imaginable and Euro Spars with all you want reasonably priced - no need to carry your inflatables as they are cheap - 6 euro for large inflatables. Food - We went All inc for 4 nights out of 5 - it's grand. Breakfast is good, I like to eat out a few nights and there are good food options around. Pizza places 8 mins away fab! 4 people maincourse, wine and soft drinks 100 euro and lovely. Doble A Beach Club fab food and relaxed. Lots of drinks in the All Inc package - some cocktails which were fine for us and some ice creams / lollies - the good ones are behind the bar and not included. We stuck to cocktails didn't really have wine or beer so can't comment. Pool bar lunch - crepes, toastie, chips all inc. (not a big menu) On return we may consider breakfast only - depends on how much you drink..... bring plastic glasses for around the pool as it's paper cups! Staff - Amazing - super friendly everyone - Catalina at reception / manager was excellent prior to the visit with timetables and info. All staff are brilliant - friendly, fun and really hard workers. Superb service at all times. We booked through the hotel which was great and the cheapest option. The hotel is spotless. Accommodation Two bed apartment with 4 twins and a super double sofa bed - all soft pillows and bedding. This has 3 sleeping areas. the swim up apartments on the bottom floor look fab. All towels available no need to bring these either. Beach / Pool Two sunbeds and umbrella all day 14 euro - amazing. Pool beds always available and very little of the securing sun beds early so always easy to find a spot. This is a super hotel for families who want a laid back easy holiday. Would definitely return.

Our one bedroom apartment was a good size, very clean, plenty of towels, good air con & very comfy bed. Balcony was also a good size so we could have breakfast out there. We weren't all inclusive but tried the buffet - very nice! The interior of the hotel, on the way to the apartments looked a bit tired & it felt a bit odd to be able to see others in the shower / loo as there are only glass doors to these areas in the apartments. The staff were really friendly, welcoming & helpful & the pool is a decent size with a bar next to it which is open for most of the day. The beach is accessible from the hotel & was beautiful to swim in. Very easy to get a bus to Old Town as the stop was a few minutes walk from the hotel & there were plenty of restaurants & shops if you're not all inclusive.

The hotel is absolutely lovely. We have a pool and sea view which is just beautiful! Family run in amongst all the big hotel names and they all work incredibly hard. Everything is super clean, shower large and beds comfortable. Balcony is huge. Only thing that niggles is the allowance of the sun bed hoggers! Towels on beds for hours on end. Watching it now….. why don’t people realise they just need to come and go and there will be plenty for all. Signs would be a massive improvement along with the lifeguard removing them after an hour in the morning!
