This place could be REALLY good. But it isn’t. The pools are very busy during the height of summer. Busy to the extent that it is barely possible to move in them. My main bug bear is a completely unacceptable incident that happened in the snack buffet next to the pools and the absolutely appalling response from the management of the hotel. I entered the snack bar one day and tried to leave with a miniature croissant to take back to our room for our daughter who needed to nap but was hungry. There are signs plastered everywhere saying not to take food out, I tried to find a member of staff to confirm this would be ok, but no one was around. As I left the room, a member of staff (Jamie) took it upon himself to start shouting (literally shouting) at me that I should respect them room. The verbal abuse he issued to me was completely out of line with the thing that had happened. He told me that my behaviour was “typical” and I should have asked for him instead of “scurrying around like a rat”. I have absolutely no problem with rules being enforced but I will not pay thousands of pounds to be shouted at and belittled in this way. When he finally went to the trouble of listening to me, he told me that if I’d spoken to him first he would have allowed me to take the croissant, but then continued to berate me about respecting the rules. Further proof the man was enjoying his power trip. I later went to hotel reception and requested to speak to a hotel manager who basically refused to speak directly to me and used the receptionists as a go between to talk with me. They told me they would get back to me. They did try to call, but I couldn’t answer when they did. They did not leave details to return their call. They left a note in our room with a bottle of sparkling wine (which we don’t drink and is available on the all inclusive tariff we were on). I have sent three polite emails since and have not had a response. I’m sure the hotel will respond to this review so I want to reiterate 2 points: 1. I have no objection to rules being enforced, I refuse to be verbally abused. 2. The hotel has had ample time to respond to this before now, but don’t care enough to do so. The only reason this hotel gets two stars is because the kids club team is excellent. Truly excellent, as is the entertainments team. I would not go back to this hotel unless I had assurance that their resident bully had been dealt with.

We have just returned after ten amazing days. The hotel, staff, food and drinks were all exceptional. We’ve stayed at many TUI all inclusive hotels & this is by far up there with the best. The hotel was full and yes it was busy, but there was something for everyone. The pool area was too busy for us so we used to go more around the beach terrace in the day which was perfect for the beach & the pool. The musicians that performed during the days were brilliant, particularly the drummer and violinist. And the evening entertainment was ok too. All the staff work so hard to keep everywhere clean which is a difficult task when you see the mess some holiday makers make! We celebrated my mums birthday whilst there and booked the Taverna for her birthday meal. All the staff went to so much effort and the chef made a beautiful cake. Special mention to Christopher who always had a lovely smile on his face, Paco for arranging my mums birthday & Rafael for his amazing service (and sorting my TUI Blue beach bag!). Would highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be going back soon.

We were a group of 11 family members. We had booked airport assistance but it didn't happen, then when we got to the hotel our parents got a room with a bathtub which we tried to change three times. This is because dad has a disability after a stroke, so now he had to shower by the pools which was very humiliating for our dad. Then my husband and I stayed in room B202 and there was the most horrible smell in the room...a mixture of garbage and old fryer, we asked three times to change rooms but only got an answer that it was not possible. Once they went in and sprayed some fragrance spray, our clothes smelled disgusting and also the suitcase after two weeks we got home. Really bad service!

Because of an unfortunate turn of events, I ended up going on a solo holiday. Which to a family resort you can understand would have potentially been quite underwhelming. However. The TUI Reps were absolutely outstanding. They made this holiday as a solo traveler one of the best holidays I’ve ever been on. Have to specifically give props to Maria, Helena and Lorenzo. They were amazing. Whenever we crossed paths in the evening Maria would take a moment to go out of her way and check up on how my holiday was going, give recommendations and just generally make the trip very pleasant! I also have to give credit to the bartender Lorens!! He was great to chat too, amazing customer service! The rest of the TUI team were great too, the daily events were great and so much fun. Food was great. 11/10 holiday I would literally go back there just for the reps. Absolutely outstanding!

Highly recommend. So cheap for what they offer. Just 30meters from the beach and ocean..it can be a bit windy in this location but worth the proximity. We didn’t do the all inclusive so didn’t try the restaurants but there were food options very close. This is high traffic of kids, but it’s not loud at night as it all shuts down at good time. Would definitely stay here again.

SÉJOUR HORRIBLE On devait avoir un logement avec vue sur la grande piscine en étage on s est retrouvé au rdc j avais précisé loin des ascenseurs pour être au calme c était tellement bruyant que nous nous sommes pas reposé !!! Au final votre Apart hôtel était nul et pourtant on est pas chiant d habitude
