説實話一般，攜程上面basic的房型非常差，位置像給員工住的，就在reception後面，衹好加錢換了房間，一個房間一天70歐。還衹能是sideview的海景，這個價格去其他酒店海景房不好嗎…

We (wife and I) booked this hotel via TUI on the half board basis for 5 nights. Upon checking in we were presented with a randomly assigned ground floor room that unfortunately was facing kids slide/wet play area. It was not what we expected as it was way too noisy. The reception did their best and moved us to another part of the hotel away from the kids area the next day. Pros: - Food was excellent with good variation throughout the stay. Breakfast was a particular highlight. -The location/beach is as advertised, it’s beautiful with shallow water. - Staff were lovely and helpful. - Ability to use sister hotel facilities (pool/food truck). Cons: - It’s a family hotel and not really geared up towards couples. - The pool areas are fairly small and crowded with families. Gets really noisy. - Not enough sun loungers for the number of guests. - Charging for water when asked to refill my bottle. - Sauna and steam rooms were cold.

We had a brilliant family holiday at the hotel! The hotel is situated in a great location, with direct access to a lovely beach and it has a great range of facilities including numerous pools, bars, restaurants and kids club. Our family room was very comfortable and we especially liked the low-rise feel of the accommodation blocks and how well the grounds were maintained. There was a great variety of entertainment for the family and the animation team were very pro-active in engaging with guests and creating a positive atmosphere. This was our third Iberostar experience and we have enjoyed each one, but the staff in this hotel were by far the best and so many of them warmly engaged with guests. The staff in the restaurants, bars and kids club were exceptional and worked so hard every day to ensure that their guests had an amazing holiday experience. We really enjoyed our all-inclusive experience. The drinks are all quality brands and the food is of exceptional quality and variety. We enjoyed the variance between lunch in the restaurant over looking the sea and evening dinner in the main restaurant. The hotel attracts a nice selection of guests and it was lovely for our daughter to have the opportunity to make friends and enjoy playing around the hotel and beach. Whilst all of the staff were exceptional, 2 members of staff are worthy of a special mention. Andres in the restaurant was very kind in preparing some memorable table decorations and thoughtful messages for us. Jun in the customer services team worked incredibly hard throughout our stay to ensure our family had an amazing holiday and her dedication to customer service was incredible. Andres and Jun are both a huge credit to the hotel. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, I would strongly recommend that you do so - you will be sure to have an amazing holiday!

Great for families with young kids. We felt like we were on a cruise ship with the buffet and entertainment. (There is a lot of entertainment for little ones. ) We have teenagers and I’m not a cruise ship person so it wasn’t ideal for us. Rooms were nice - spacious and nice views. We got the all inclusive package which I wouldn’t recommend. Food was okay but there are plenty of restaurants around.

Amazing stay. Perfect for kids and adults to have fun and relax . Amazing food and perfectly cooked steak and meats . Staff was excellent and made everything easy . My son lost his toy turtle in dining area and staff brought it to my room without me knowing the next day ! Definitely coming back !
