Exceptionally clean with friendly staff The food was fresh, varied and tasty. You could also get food by the pool including salads as well as burgers and ice cream. The pool was lovely and surrounding area a real sun trap. Plus there was a ‘chill’ bar across the road from the hotel next to the gym and cycle centre. Entertainment in the day was varied and fun but lacked oomph in the evening. It may have been due to the season and lack of people as they seemed to disappear to bed ready for early cycling starts You can get towels to hire 10 euros which is refundable and great by the pool. We went all inclusive and it was well worth it. I even got a bottle of fizz delivered to our room for a special birthday treat - lovely touch.

This hotel is very nice where the hard working staff and food is concerned. Unfortunately my expectations of our allocated room didn’t. The attached photographs show you what I was led to expect and the smaller version of what we got. The advert also said the room had air conditioning. We asked reception if we weren’t using the dial properly and he said all we would get was hot air as it wasn’t turned on. I showed reception the picture of what I had expected the room to be like and she told me they were having problems with Jet2, take it up with them. Jet2 said they only advertise with pictures that the hotel supply. Who do you believe. The hotel also has a lovely looking pool which unfortunately was used very little whilst we were there. You could see the shock of how cold it was when people tried to enter.

First impressions were very good although checking in was a bit time consuming. Lovely room overlooking pool worth the extra cost. All areas very clean and great overall designer features Went all inclusive and the drinks available were all good quality named brands. Service only via waiters so at busy times you could be waiting for a drink service for quite a while. Dining experience was hit and miss. Great display of cold and continental foods but hot food disappointing for us. Not replenished often after early service and although plenty of chefs about, no one checked food temperature which was often cold. The chefs behind the serving area often disappeared leaving you waiting for carvings or serving of meats and fish being cooked. The pool area clean and very good. Lifeguard on duty. If you're sat outside no drinks service. Have to grab a waiter at the bar. Wouldn't like to be there in high season. Nice bar by the lake across rear service road still all inclusive for drinks and snacks. To be fair, early season so pool bar not open and local area shops/bars not open. Would we visit again..no. But would suit some older couples and those looking to spend their time around hote.

I stayed here 07/03/25 - 10/03/25 on my first ever solo trip - and I am delighted that I chose to stay here. Upon arrival, the staff were immediately warm welcoming and happy to help where necessary. HOTEL: - The hotel is amazing. It takes your breath away as soon as you walk through reception. - There is a large bar area for you to relax with additional seating outside around the pool. - Just outside of the bar is an entertainments area. - The restaurant is also of good size, and again, the staff were incredible with the service they had to offer. ROOMS: - I stayed in a double room for single use, and this surprised me at how spacious it was. The bed and cushions provided are a dream - you’ll not want to get out of bed in the morning it’s that comfortable! - There is plenty of sockets situated around the room, with additional lighting (mostly spotlights) if necessary. - My room had a nice little desk area for people who may need this for some kind of business trip. RESTAURANT: - Depending on how picky you are with food - regardless - there is a wide variety for you to choose from. Of course, it’s all freshly made! - The seating area is comfortable, and there’s plenty of space too for the peak/busy times. For those of you who like to get out and about, the beach is just a short 10 minute walk down the road from the hotel. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Great hotel & very friendly staff Our only issue was that we chose this hotel because it had tennis courts, but unfortunately, we were unable to play as no1 court had a marquee covering 3/4 of the area storing hundreds of bicycles & no2 court was marked out for volley ball, basket ball, football etc, but not tennis, although it did have a tennis net, but because of the amount of rain we had had, it was waterlogged. The staff in “animations “ were extremely helpful & found us another hotel, 10minutes walk away, but this wasn’t as convenient as we had anticipated.

So, this is our 3rd stay here . As always the staff can not do more to make your stay any more welcome and comfortable. The rooms are a generous size and very clean. Only thing that we both noticed was the maintenance of certain items that will be well used during the stay. The shower was leaking from the joint to the rain head , the drying rack on the balcony was broken finally the silver backing of the mirror in the bathroom was pealing off ( didnt look nice ) just small easily fixed things but for a top end hotel has to be mentioned. I would go again for a 4th time saying that . Keep up your amazing work to the staff and a little maintenance needs to be carried out sums it up .
