Eiger Mürren Swiss Quality Hotel recensioner

Love the stay at Eiger! Hotel was opposite the train station and butler was at the train station to help us with the luggage without even us asking for help. Got a room with the mountain view and it’s so beautiful! Definitely recommended and would love to come back to this hotel if we were to be back at Mürren. Thanks Adrian for helping us w the luggages to the train station when we are going back as well!

Murren, Lauterbrunnen is the most beautiful place I’ve been to in Europe. Eiger Hotel was the perfect size to have all the amenities and retain the family atmosphere. Every meal we tried was amazing, especially the New Year’s Even set menu. Well done.

非常非常好！一定要定到面向山的房間。 一開始以為是比較老破的登山酒店，但實際很精緻，備品是歐舒丹的，酒店內部設施也是新的，比起照片看起來要好太多太多。 酒店設施也很方便，泳池健身房都有。 退房還給了一大塊巧克力！

這個酒店非常棒，就在車站出口正對面，服務員熱情像朋友，主動問起是否需要幫我們搬行李，可惜我們訂晚了衹訂到一間房，房間很大，床品舒服，早餐豐盛，退房時還給了隨手禮巧克力，值得再次入住

位置是沒得説，主要去這地方要坐纜車，預訂的時候也沒提醒，還好我們到的不是很晚，我開車直接上山了，結果説車子不能上去，再乖乖下去，再坐纜車上來，倒騰了幾個小時，結果11點才入住。😅

原本在火車站附近，但火車站停咗，我們要轉搭吊車，感覺非常不便。但環境及泳池非常美麗，－邊游泳一邊欣賞雪山，非常優美。早餐非常出色美味！

Family owned and operated, this hotel is worth it! When in Murren, we will ALWAYS stay here! The staff is happy, engaging and helpful! The owners are on site and are obviously invested in the success of their business. We were always greeted warmly! We purchased half board and dinner every night was top notch and delicious as was the service! Everyone was happy to help each other and seemed genuinely interested in providing guests with the best possible experience. Breakfast was a blend of meats, cheeses and traditional breakfast foods including freshly made croissants and yogurt. It was always fresh and the variety to choose from was plenty! Again, the service was exceptional. The ambiance was a blend of old and contemporary with original artwork throughout the many beautiful spaces available to guests. We enjoyed the terrace every evening and often played backgammon in the spacious, well designed common area overlooking the mountains with plenty of comfortable seating. Drinks were always perfectly concocted and well served. Most of the time spent in our room, was actually spent on our private terrace overlooking the Eiger. It was a magical place where we could take in the view and breathe the wonderfully fresh air. Our room was well-equipped and very comfortable with a large bed and seating area that included a small couch, chair and small table and refrigerator. The pool was nice, but usually busy. The thalassotherapy pool was a welcome and appealing addition. I can't speak to the spa area as we did not take advantage. The hotel, itself is perfectly situated just outside of the main village and within walking distance to the train station (where we were met instantly with hotel staff sent to retrieve our luggage) town and all of the available activities. The trams/gondolas were accessible and easy to get to. The hotel had sledges available for guest use. Get the key early in the morning! This hotel represents everything that a five star should be. Attention to detail made our visit to Murren perfect. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Few hotels can compare to Hotel Eiger in Murrren. Attention to detail is exemplary, the personal touches are appreciated, location is unbeatable and staff exceptional. The pool has the most stunning views of the Eiger Monch and Jungfrau mountains - especially beautiful at sunset. Looking forward to the next visit

Been visiting Hotel Eiger for over 20 years. It is a haven of peace and tranquility in our crazy world. The owners and staff are so friendly. As we had special birthdays,we treated ourselves to The James Bond Suite. What a super suite it was. If you like James Bond,then it’s the suite to book

Service was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable. The staff were really great about helping with my husbands allergy at meal times. I've stayed at multiple locations in Murren over many years and this was my favorite. I'll definitely be returning.

Staying at the Eiger Hotel was my favorite hotel experience EVER! I don’t even know where to begin. Everything was exquisite and done with care. Our room was stunning with natural hardwood details and had the most breathtaking view. The beds were cozy, the balcony was perfect, and we loved the complimentary slippers. The spa was divine. They had 3 different saunas, all with beautiful craftsmanship and materials. The spa lounge area with foot baths was great. The heated indoor pool was so relaxing. The fluffy robes were so cozy. The sauna showers were luxurious. The breakfast buffet was excellent—I got to try many new foods and everything was top notch. The lobby and hallways and restaurant design were all gorgeous. I loved the combination of history and modern style in the interior design. But what really stood out was the service. Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, honest, and helpful. From the breakfast staff (shoutout to Stella!), to the front desk staff assisting us and providing information, to the amazing and fun bartenders (shoutout to Wiktor and Linda!)—they are who made our stay special and inspired us to stay an extra night. The people working at this hotel truly made us feel like we were old friends or family.

Visited Eiger Hotel, Murren in February 2025. First time here, skiing holiday with my two grown up children. I was expecting to stay in a nice, clean hotel, good breakfast and all amenities. But the place appeared to be so much more! On our first evening we were meet at the station and taken to our room. The kitchen managed to squeeze us in, despite the late hour. We were tired, having arrived late as our flight was delayed. Meeting us and feeding us was a lovely welcoming touch. Beautiful hotel, very clean and friendly. Excellent breakfast with gorgeous views over the mountains. Our room was of a good size, clean and very warm. We used sauna most days, swimming pool was occupied by small children whenever we were interested. Hotel has a great location, just outside of a train station, Murren is a quaint little fairy tale like village. Another thing that really impressed me was that this fairly large hotel is run by a family' nth generation, which, sadly, is so rare these days! But here you can see owners working together with the hotel staff every day. It was heartwarming and wonderful to see.

As usual a great time in a world class hotel. We visit most years and always look forward to it. Great skiing too! All inclusive is worth it food a high standard this year, the valentines meal was superb. Adrian and Susanna and their colleagues are great hosts.

Wonderful staff and beautiful rooms with the best view. I broke my leg while skiing and the staff was so very helpful! They really made our trip a fantastic experience despite the bad luck. Pool area was nice and our kids loved the play room. Food was also very nice and we loved the breakfast. Thank you!
