Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand recensioner

The hotel is good for peace and comfort. The receptionist Taha has an excellent style and gave us an upgrade to the room. The room is very nice. We had a wonderful time.

It's great to stay more there. Everything is clean and tidy. The only concern is the location. It's far from any shops and shopping centres. Totally, I was happy to spend some while in this 5 stars hotel.

Comfy bed, very good food breakfast variety and quality, good bathroom. Huge room and sound insulation. Great parking spaces. Lots of business guest. Location is nice, very close to city and airport.

After staying at all the 5-star hotels in Muscat, Hormuz is the most cost-effective option for business stays.

Very nice property in terms of service, cleanliness etc. Restaurant Qureshi in the ground floor deserves cent percent marks which serves authentic North Indian dishes. Morning buffet breakfast has a lavish spread. But the Indian dishes taste below average. Overall a very good experience.

We chose this hotel since it was associated with Radisson but it did not meet the expectations. It is very isolated property with no nice view outside. Also the food options are very limited. The options at the breakfast are limited and very few people service the guest and you have to wait for someone to come and clean the table for you. Overall it was an ok experience.

第一次寫下我的感受，實在是不吐不快啊！阿曼三週的旅行，我衹訂了一週的這個酒店，就是想住的舒服就換一家，果然是與我所料相同！ 1/晚上六點到的酒店找不到行李員，等半天才姍姍來遲！ 2/需要前台預訂出租車，我等了半個小時（酒店就在主路邊上，地理位置不錯）。 3/向前台換一下零錢，告訴我沒有零錢（退房時前台是有零錢的）無語！ 4/酒店衹有浴缸，一入住就在浴缸裏發現不明毛髮，噁心死了！ 5/餐廳的服務和餐廳的食物根本到不了四星級酒店標準，難吃死了不算，服務質量也不好，沒有吃完西餐盤給你收走了，晚上自助餐的食物會出現在早餐桌上（不能忍受）。 6/這是我最最討厭這家酒店的原因，入住當天晚上，正在收拾行李，客房部未敲門直接用萬能鑰匙開門進來了，説是給我送水，把我嚇了一跳，他想馬上退出去，被我劈頭蓋臉一頓罵，事後我想想不對，長這麼大從來沒有碰到過這種事情，後來我們把事情鬧大了，總經理接見賠禮道歉和賠償我七天免費入住，後來我就盼着時間過快點好離開這家酒店，折磨死我了！（也許有些人不能理解，不就開個門嘛！換位思考一下我一女人帶着17歲女兒出門旅遊，一個男的直接開門進你家門，可想而知你的火氣會有多大，還好是沒有看到什麼不該看的，不然我都想挖了他的眼！） 綜述以上六點這家酒店除了地理位置好一點，其他一無是處，以後也絕不會在踏入這家酒店，這家酒店不配四星！（同胞們可以考慮一下麗笙酒店，五星達標，價格實惠，位置也不錯，最後一星期麗笙酒店拯救了我們的假期！）

很好！酒店有吃飯的地方，也不是很貴。離機場十幾分鍾，性價比很高。
