Excellent Service by entire team. True to warmth and hospitality standards of Oman. Thanks to Chef Saravanan, Austin and entire Kitchen team catering to my specific meal requirements for all 5 days. Feels good to see smiling faces all around. Great going. All the best

Excellent guest services offered by Mr.Austin from F& B . Food quality is exceptional. Rooms are very comfortable and pricing is very economical. ROOMS ARE VERY NEAT & CLEAN. PRPOERTY IS VERY GOOD. YOU CAN USE GYM, POOL AND BADMINTON COURT IF YOUR ARE SPORTS PERSON.

Service is very good. All are very friendly. Chef Saravanan cooks food to our choice though it’s not in menu. Front office staff both the ladies are very friendly in getting our requirements met. Very good place to stay. Can be recommended for all

Al Falaj hotel is centrally located. Admirable hospitality from the front office and other staff. Ready to serve to your needs. Breakfast is sumptuous and caters to the needs of various nationalities. Comfortable rooms. Also provides for additional facilities like gym and pool . Reasonable rate . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Al Falaj Hotel is a decent hotel in the bait al falaj area of Muscat. Nice reception and very polite employees. Swimming pool is good with a small one for the kids. Facilities for badminton and lawn tennis also available along with gym. Near to Muttrah and Ruwi. About 20 minutes drive from the airport if there is no rush. There is a grocery shop, Noor shopping,and mosque at 2 minutes walking distance. Bus and taxi stand at max. 3 minutes walking distance. Value for money. Police station at walking distance. A few Indian and Pakistani dining out options at walking distance.

The staffs in the dining areas are excellent in the hospitality like Mr Austin Pinto, Mr Saravanan . They really took care of me during my stay in Al Falaj Hotel for all most two week, I feel like I am in my home . The food quality is excellent and most of their staffs are really professional. I recommend this Hotel to all of you to stay in this hotel for worry free stay with comfort , cleanliness , the tasty & hyegenic food. Thanks, C D Sahoo

Coach Nowsheed was really helpful throughout my personal Gym sessions with him. In my One month of classes, he helped me get throught my gym sessions successfully by introducing me to new exercises while also suggesting a good diet plan to reduce weight successfully.

This property is beautifully managed, with attentive and responsive teams. The rooms are immaculate and well-maintained, and the food is outstanding. The breakfast spread is particularly impressive. Be sure to visit Tokyo Taro, the excellent Japanese restaurant on site.

My son joined the health club's personal training program to reduce his weight as part of his ambition to become a pilot. Coach Nowsheed was very helpful and understanding throughout the process, and he played a crucial role in helping my son achieve his goals.
