It was a stay for business needs. Hotel located inside the industrial area. A supermarket within 10 min walk. Mall of Oman (1.53 OMR by Otaxi), Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque (1.5 OMR by Otaxi). It was a decent stay. Room service coffee shop is available. (Review Date: 03 October 2022)

我們在阿曼的首晚就入住了這裏，來到這裏真的很辛苦，打了好幾次車才到酒店，房間還可以。就是附近配套設施不齊全，吃飯的地方很少，不像阿聯酋或卡塔爾一樣方便，馬斯喀特的天氣很熱。

酒店房間還是比較乾淨衞生的，但是對於中國人來説有一個大忌，房間衣櫃很大的鏡子正對着床！這是風水禁忌！

Avoid Avoid Avoid We arrived at this hotel where we were greeted and checked in. Unfortunately it is all down hill from here. The carpet in the corridor was ripped and worn, The room smelled damp and was very dirty and signs of mould in the bathroom and the shower was filthy. We decided to try the mattress which was uncomfortable and I ended up with bites on my legs. However we were holidaying on a budget and thought this was simply a case of what you get what you pay for. We decided to visit the swimming pool. The artificial grass was ripped there was no sun and again very dirty. We decided to leave the pool and check out. The manager said we must pay for one night instead of a full refund which ended up with myself having to speak to another supervisor. After being there for 1 hour we checked out and booked into the Raddison Blu for just £10 more.

The receptionist did not treat us well upon arrival. I visited the hotel before my family arrived to make sure the room was good. Indeed, a room was confirmed with a staff at reception, unfortunately I did not notice his name. But next day When I arrived at the hotel withy family, the same staff who confirmed the availability told me that he had given the room to another guest, and that only smoking rooms were available. I was very upset with this behavior, and treatment received. I asked to speak with a dupe so he gave me a colleague of his, and he spoke to me in a very rude way, and that he is not fit to be in this position. I advise everyone not to visit this hotel because the rooms are very bad condition from the inside and there is bad smell also. AC was very noisy and shower dirty.

I selected the Al Madinah Holiday Hotel due to its excellent location and proximity to the Airport as well as the City Center. At first, being located in a manufacturing zone seemed curious, but it works. The area was actually quite quiet, and the hotel was extremely comfortable. Whenever I had a question or a problem, Mohammed S. in Reception was there to help. So too was Sunir H., and Moses in the fitness area. This was incredible well equipped and impressive. There was also a shower facility there as well. This was located adjacent to a large lap-style swimming pool that was also used for swimming lessons. The water was a comfortable 30°C. An on-site restaurant served the hotel and would make amazing smelling Indian cuisine, especially veggie or chicken Biryani. My room was clean and comfortable. I did change rooms during the stay, so images of both will be provided. This is a great value, and I very much enjoyed it! Thanks for a great experience!
