It was 2 nights stay in Rozana hotel, all was ok

The hotel mostly clean Receptionists are not polite enough WiFi is very bad

everything is fine.

الخدمة ممتازة، المعاملة ممتازة، والفندق في موقع ممتاز جدا. فريق العمل ودود جدا ومميز، وتصميم الفندق عصري وحديث. ما ينقص الفندق هو صالة رياضية حديثة ومناسبة، حيث أن الصالة الحالية ليست مناسبة.

Все понравилось. Чисто, удобно и уютно. Центральное местоположение. Завтрак простой, но вкусный. Из минусов - отель курящий, даже на других этажах и в некурящих чистых номерах пахнет.

This hotel is located close to airport, malls and business area . Although its a 3 star but the service, amenities and facilities are well beyond . Fabulous welcoming and helpful staff , gives you the best experience that makes you pick this hotel for your future travels . I'm a frequent flyer and this is my permanent hotel in Muscat . Although it doesn't provide all assortments for break fast but its healthy and fresh combination . Rooms are spacious and very neat , internet WiFi is quite good . Don't forget ro ask for tooth brush which includes tooth paste and tooth pick .

The hotel very welcome especially MOUSTAPHA ( AT THE RECEPTION) IS ONE OF THE KINDEST MAN i have ever met , and he would make sure that you have memorable experience ,the management and staff members at the front desk are also amazing people , my stay was only 1 night but i have extended 1 week . in my opinion this hotel deserve 5 STAR

Welcoming and nice staff , as a 3 star hotel I would say proper facility and services are provided . There is small siE pool which is quite good and fun for kids with shallow depth makes it safe for little ones . There is GYM with food enough equipment such as rowing machine , treadmill, fixed bicycle .... it and Internet is quite good and well disseminated reception coverage , also print out and desktop services are available, I needed some papers to be printed and easily I was provided free of charge . Rooms are spacious with enough space for closet , hangers are available, safety box to make sure your valuables are secured and also comfy beds ,

I was traveling around middle east for two weeks and this hotel was my perfect stay. First, the receptionist are professional and kind. They made me feel welcomed, always smiling and willing to solve any issue or complaint I had. Second, the hotel room was very nice, clean, good smell, nice temperature. I had a good night sleep. Did not try the breakfast. The coffee in the inside cafeteria was delicious, would highly recommend the cappuccino with caramel flavor. The area where the hotel is booked is a bit distant from main attractions but very safe at night, with a lot of local shops and restaurants. Close by there is also a new mosque that is totally worth visiting. I would book this hotel again for sure if I visit Oman. Great value for the price, good location, very kind personal - I had an amazing stay. Thank you.
