It was a great stay and experience. Beautiful heritage property with a lot of history. All the staff members were cordial and so caring. My husband fell ill during the stay and Ayush from the staff made sure that we were taken care of 😇 Will be going back soon with family again

Ilbert Manor holds a colonial charm to its architecture and decor. The rooms are spacious and full of vintage decor. The food is freshly made and served hot. The staff is helpful, and goes above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I had left my earphones and the staff (Mr Ayush) was kind enough to courier it to me. Would recommend everyone to stay at the hotel at least once.

Rooms are very good with good view of hills .. food was very tasty thanks Mukesh chef .. and delicious service staff mr. Ritik was good service provided and service also fast buffet service was too much nice I like it very much. I will come again so I will visit to llbert manor ... Thanks . Mr ritik and Ghanashyam good people ...

I choose the normal room for 2 days and we upgraded it after we reached but on the next day they told us to shift to our original room because the room were booked. They checked the booking which caused the situation. Other than that the rooms were really good and the food was also yummy and service was excellent. Overall enjoyed the stay but the inconvenience was not good

We had an amazing experience at the property, their hospitality is beyond expectations. The staff is humble and genuine. The food is just amazing both veg and non veg that too at very nominal rates. Complimentary breakfast is also good with a variety of items
