We had a great stay at Seclude Mussoorie! Nitin was very helpful and accommodating. Great customer service from the entire staff. Would recommend to anyone. Great view of the hills, and close to Mall Road. Served a great breakfast to our room, and always supplied us with fresh water and tea. Had a gift package for us for our honeymoon as well which was lovely .

The best getaway with family over the weekend! Would recommend it to anyone who wants an amazing time in the queen of the hills! Topnotch food, hospitality and staff. This was one great experience because everyone was very personable and ready for everything. The location is a huge plus!

Worst experience to a much awaited peaceful trip that me and my dear friend planned for months as we were seeing eachother after 4 years . They charged 15,000rs for 2 nights we payed full in advance as there was no cancellation policy . As we entered their small terrace there was a full blown shoot happening with flying drones and equipments leaving us no space to relax it was so loud. The staff lied to us that it will go on for just few more minutes but they carried on till night. The room was the final shock , it was full of mold and filth. Pls see our pictures , it’s a run down disgusting place where nobody cares who to treat the customers. The staff was irresponsive and denied us basic services. It’s was such a horrible experience i would never ever recommend it to anyone.

Must visit place, it is an amazing property with picturesque views. Rooms were esthetically pleasant. Food was just so delicious, special shout out for the Chef Shashikant ji, Arvind ji and Mukesh ji.. they made our stay very comfortable and memorable.

I recently stayed at Seclude, Mussoorie, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The food was exceptional—freshly cooked, delicious, and tailored to our taste. The chef was incredibly polite and went out of his way to discuss our preferences before preparing meals, ensuring we enjoyed every bite. The property itself is a gem—clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly picturesque. Every corner of the property feels like it’s straight out of a postcard, perfect for capturing memorable moments. The staff deserves special mention for their politeness and attentiveness. They understood our needs perfectly and helped make our stay truly wonderful. Highlights: Outstanding hospitality Amazing food Stunning location

We stayed at Seclude Mussorie in Dec 24. It’s on main road to Mall Road but there is an uphill road where you can take your car and hotel staff can help with parking. It’s a cosy place with all the amenities you need. Views from hotel is stunning. Food taste and quality is also very nice. Overall a five star experience.

We was here at seclude mussoorie in a family trip for 3 days and we did lot of enjoy here the staff food and service was amazing spacily seclude chicken was finger biting Shashi and all kitchen staff Mukesh in service was very helpful the arrange cow milk for my son as requested we loved the property and service outdoor sitting area was very nice. Thanks team seclude mussoorie to make our stay wonderful will se you guys soon

Excellent Trip at Seclude Mussorie. Great View. Can't get a better view of the Winterline. The property is well supervised by Nitin. Our experience was enriched further by the mouth watering homely food at the hotel. Great service by Shashikant, he was happy to customise the food as per the requirements and obliged to each and every request we'd made. Ably supporterd by Mukesh,Aravind and ILU. All in all, it was a trip worth remembering for years.

Nice location with a fantastic view. Very colonial bungalow adds to the charm. Nearness to the Mall Road is a big advantage; it is just 5-6 minute walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a most enjoyable time. We also celebrated our wedding anniversary here with a specially ordered cake! Thank you all!
