Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road

We stayed at Ramada with kids. It was a pleasant stay. Beautiful lawn. Getting lot of sunlight. Nice place to hang out. You can spend whole day on the property. Food was really good. Service was excellent. Chef was accomodating of special requirements for the kids. Service was prompt. Reception desk was extremely nice. It was my husband's birthday and they arranged a pleasant surprise with room decor and a cake. Overall pleasant stay in the heart of mall road, mussoorie.

Located at the start of the Mall road, Ramada by Wyndham Mussoorie is a beautiful and a colonial style hotel which leaves a charming impression the minute you enter the property. The location adds a plus point as everything right from the market, cafes and taxi point is at a walkable distance which makes it very convenient since there are vehicle restrictions on the road. The rooms ***** with a sit out offer breathtaking valley views which is the highlight of the property. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessities. Though the property is close to the mall road, it is extremely calm and peaceful. The staff was extremely courteous, warm and helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. The service was impeccable. The breakfast spread was great and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Paridhi, Shurveer, Ashish and Shubham who for making our stay memorable. Thank you to the entire team. Highly recommend this hotel.

Average rooms, good breakfast and courteous staff. Very expensive overall. The location is also very congested and noisy with other hotels around. Not worth spending more than 6k at any time. Rooms are archaic and furniture is old. They're also extending the hotel which will destroy the view. Overall a very average property
