When we entered the hotel it was in absolute shambles, the entrance was undergoing construction work which was a massive tripping hazard for our young kids- 4 year old and a 4 month old. When we spoke to the reception we queried if their junior suite was the highest category room because we could see clearly nothing else would suffice given the state of the property. The receptionist confirmed that the junior suite is their highest category and they have given us the best room at the hotel. When we entered the room it had a disgusting sewage smell alongwith smell of moisture and dirty bedsheets. The balcony they charged and advertised for was very dirty and inaccessible due to monkeys at the property. Their heating equipment was extremely outdated and there was a cold beeeze coming into the room. We realised instantly we had made a bad choice this time. When we went to the reception to cancel our booking they didn’t offer us an upgrade because that was their best room, they just said they have another room in similar category which we might like. Then the manager rudely highlighted that we had booked standard junior suite and they had a better junior suite which was a lie because at our entry they said they had granted us the best room at the hotel. We didn’t want to waste our time any further with kids feeling cold and hungry due to the wasted time and effort hencewhy we have to leave. The hotel was absolutely disgusting.

It was a great experience in the resort .., the staff was exceptionally really great.. enjoyed the food a lot . Must visit!! Thanks to Satish bhandari and Vikas pawar. Great service and staff was very helpful. Also recommend to everyone ……..

Toilets were clean, balcony was good, room were good, hospitality was good, I loved ambience and buffet was good. Breakfast was awesome, the view was cool, we enjoyed a lot, experience overall was best and we recommend others also. Hope you will enjoy too

Gaurav, Satish and Vikas provided a fantastic service for breakfast. They served it on the table and constantly taking feedback from the guests. Breakfast was very good having both north and south indian options. We ordered the dinner last night and has a sweet dish which was spared and we bring it to our breakfast table and they made it warm to be eatable. Thanks to the service

Excellent Service...friendly staff...clean environment...good location I stayed in a room with mountain view...a very nice peaceful experience....facilities were adequate...it is located very close to library chowk so convenient if you are visiting in a hired cab.

Wonderful stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort . Good location and very good view. It's very close to the mall road. Easily accessible for the all sightseeing points. Ambience is very nice. Great staff and very friendly everyone starting from the end. Highly recommended

Pride Ashiyana Resort in Mussoorie is a hidden gem! Stunning views, cozy and clean rooms, delicious food, and incredibly warm hospitality make it the perfect mountain retreat. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious escape!

We stayed in pride ashiyana when we went to mussorie in the month of april 2025 There behaviour were too nice and they served us well. All the staff’s behaviour were very good and also there complementary breakfast was nice too. The scenery was good too from the hotel. And the best thing is that it is located exactly in mall road.

The service is excellent and it it right at the mall road. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I am giving 4 as room quality can be improved . The room is a bit old and required renovation but overall good experience. They have live singing at night as well which is an added advantage
