Mykonos Theoxenia, a Member of Design Hotels

I honestly think this is a wonderful hotel. Location is amazing Service was good Room and. Amenities were wonderful The small gym was functional and very good for a basic work out (no water was provided in the existing small gym and no cleaning equipment to wipe after using the facilities) Breakfast was really really good. Great product quality. Housekeeping was done twice Pool service was done well - yet not personalized. If I had to choose again - defiantly would go here. Well done to all staff and management

I stayed at the Theoxenia for 5 nights on a solo trip to Mykonos. The hotel experience was a highlight of the trip from stepping off the plane until arrival back at the airport I felt cared for in style. Where the hotel excells: Staff: From seated check-in with a welcome drink, interactions with front desk, pool and breakfast team, the staff always had a smile was eager to help. Complimentary Airport Transfers: Cabs & Ubers in Mykonos are either rare, expensive or both. The complimentary transfers to and from the airport directly to the hotel with meet and greet service made an international arrival stress-free! The Rooms: Even the basic room is well designed and plush and with a large balcony and daybed. I believe all the rooms have a view of the sea. Bedding & Pillows: The hotel has a pillow menu! Not the first property to do this, but it ensures you are going to have a great night sleep. The sheets were plush. I slept like a baby. Breakfast: Impressive buffet of fresh fruits, juices and of course greek yogurt and honey but also a wide variety of savory dishes. They will make any egg dishes to order too which were fantastic. Air conditioning: If you want an icy cold room, you can have it! I have to call this out because in Europe it can notoriously hard to find good air conditioning, and Greece gets HOT. The air conditioning in my room was even better than most in the USA.
