Amazing experience very nice hotel with friendly people and private pool. A bit in the middle of nowhere but if you have a car its perfect. Taxi really expensive even though its only 12 minutes from the city. If just go for relax and quiet would really recommend

Terrible hotel! I absolutely do not recommend it! The price for 3 nights was over 5,000 PLN. We expected that for this price our expectations would be met. We were wrong. We found an unsightly room, with a huge amount of mold and dampness in the shower. The poolside lounger was very dirty—we had to use 3 towels just to lie on it comfortably. Breakfast was nothing more than two slices of cheese and a small tube of Nutella. I have never experienced such treatment of guests. I am disgusted; I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one really disappointed me. I went there with my husband for our wedding anniversary. The cherry on top was our last day, when there was no electricity from the morning. We were forced to leave the hotel without charged phones, without a shower, and without being able to properly prepare for our journey. We were assured that the power outage would be fixed by 9 a.m. At 12 noon there was still no electricity. The staff did not feel responsible in any way for offering compensation. THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! P.S. The restaurant was stocked with ready-made food heated up in a microwave. A nightmare! This is no way to treat people!

This property at the skirmishes of Ftelia may not come with a view as it is not facing the beach rather than the inner part of the island however offers very comfortable and well-designed rooms with their own pool making it a cozy relaxing base for those that want to roam around the island later on. The staff in the reception offers a very thorough and warm welcome whilst both Giannis and Zografenia will strive to make your experience incredibly smooth. Unfortunately, the property severely lacks in the breakfast area. A team distant to any basic F&B skills with extremely poor communication abilities. A menu very limited with very very questionable quality and taste. You'd better plan a quick drive to one of the nearby bakeries in the vicinity if you are looking for a breakfast that somewhat fulfils your Greek expectations. It is beyond any reason that the menu includes only freddo espresso, cappuccino and filter coffee and when asked for frappe (the easiest coffee on the planet perhaps) the team answered they dont know how to make. Same goes for freddo capuccino. At the same time the coffee offered was terrible. We encountered moldy bread, burnt croissants or croissants from 2 days before (at least). Yogurt displayed in a mini bowl left unattended turning into milk. Tasteless fried and scrambled eggs with no proper care in the display (it is simple guys you once every now or then open the cap for the steam to reduce and the food won't become like a soup). Apart from the toasted bread normal bread options were limited to a single variety and of course when we asked for alternative answer was they do not have. The over buffet display is very basic for a hotel of this budget range. The staff is very late to replenish and when they do so they provision for very limited units (it is like they are trying to minimize even a slice of cheese in display). The breakfast menu offers options for 4 or 5 paid (9 euro each) dishes which we gave it a shot hoping for something. To no avail the quality of both the croque Madame and especially the Omellette was a disappointment. Overall, the breakfast menu was very limited and lacked seriously in taste and care. The biggest issue was that none of the staff members in the breakfast area seemed capable to understand the issues moreover address them. I never go into so many details on a single aspect of our experience but i have decided to do so with this particular property as it is a terrible shame for all the effort the front desk team puts in combination with the nicely designed and comfortable rooms and the efficient housekeeping. It was truly one of the worst Breakfast experiences i have ever had comparing even with properties of way lower budget or rating. Such a shame.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ftelia Black Villas, and I can wholeheartedly say that this was not just accommodation — it was an experience that surpassed every possible expectation. Every amenity you could wish for is there, and then some. The staff and hosts? Impeccable. Discreet, kind, professional, and truly passionate about ensuring an unforgettable stay. Every request was handled with grace and efficiency, making me feel like a VIP at every turn. This villa isn’t just a place to stay — it’s a destination in itself. I’m already dreaming of returning.

The best hotel Ever !! The vibe , design, Personal are so respectful just book and thanks me later , For the room the decoration is refined and very restorative, as the whole hotel there is no opposite all the rooms have a terrace and an individual pool you have a view of the mountain, the hotel is located about fifteen minutes from all the beach clubs, restaurants and the city center.

Really impressed by the service and tentative staff. Very clean and good area to drive to everywhere within 10-12mins. Really really impressed would recommend to any of my friends
